Really good quality for the price. My son loves it for Halloween

The review asks me to rate "sheerness". I take that as meaning the ability to see out, which unfortunately I have to rate quite low. The design of the mask means vision is restricted anyway, which is expected, but it gets so hot in the mask so quickly that the eyepiece lenses are always fogged over too so what little you can see is never clear. I was out in broad daylight in 12 degree weather: I can't imagine wearing this for any length of time at night. The mask itself fits fine (I'm an adult with a normal size head) and it looks fantastic, especially over a black balaclava with all black clothes. (The balaclava, of course, doesn't help with getting hot inside the mask.) I punched a few extra holes in the bottom as others had suggested to help with breathing, and I left a bit of the packing paper stuffed in the tip of the beak to help maintain shape. Being latex it is a bit smelly, but leaving it out to air helps a bit and it's not as bad as some reviews led me to expect. I definitely recommend this mask for fit and appearance. I just don't know how long you can tolerate wearing it. I had mine on for probably no longer than 10 or 15 minutes at a time.

The visibility isnt great in this mask but you expect that when you have a mask on anyway. But it's a good costume for my son for Halloween and looked great on X

The eye pieces are the only real issue here. It's a rubber mask without a large mouth opening so yes it's going to get steamy and uncomfortable after a short while. The eyepieces however are terrible really. It's very hard to make anything out through them. There is NO peel-off film on them to protect the surfaces, and they are not even like the cheapest plastic sunglass lenses. They seem to be soft flexible plastic that isn't even regular thickness. For that reason I'm seriously down-marking them. The mask looks great, but if you wear this somewhere dark, which is more or less the point isn't it, then you're going to find it very hard to see where you're going!

After buying a different mask and finding it uncomfortable I came across this one. It is soft and easy to wear (it does make you hot when wearing for an extended period of time) looks great and easy to clean.

Really well made and the Latex is a very good thickness grade! It could use a few more breather holes to stop it from sucking in but they’re not difficult to sort out yourself.

When this order arrived I found it to be really spooky. Because it is folded when packed you need to unfold and pack the beak with soft tissue to make the beak plump. I also made extra holes for breathing because when you breathe in the beak flattens, these extra hole prevent that. (These are tips and not complaints) All in all though a really spooky mask and when worn with a black cloak and hood really can be frightening especially to children. Well made and nice product.

Produkten är av mjukplast som luktar lite (kan få bort det om man vädrar ut den) men den kostar inte speciellt mycket. Jag tycker den va mycket bra.

Die Pestarzt Maske macht schon im Originalzustand viel her und ist ein echter Hingucker für Halloween oder Cosplay. Sie sitzt bequem, das Material ist flexibel genug, um angenehm zu tragen, und gleichzeitig stabil, damit die Form gut erhalten bleibt. Die lange Nase und das klassische Steampunk Design sorgen für den richtigen Gruselfaktor und kommen gerade im Kostüm richtig gut zur Geltung. Für mich war die Maske auch eine tolle Basis zum Veredeln. Ich habe mir am 3D Drucker neue Augenabdeckungen und einen Atemring designt und damit bekommt das Ganze noch einmal eine ganz andere Optik. Mit diesen Anpassungen wirkt die Maske richtig individuell und hebt sich von Standardkostümen deutlich ab. Insgesamt ist es eine echt geile Maske, die schon für sich allein stark aussieht und sich außerdem hervorragend eignet, um sie mit ein paar eigenen Ideen noch weiter aufzuwerten.
