I don’t write many reviews but these puppies deserve a shout out. I know furniture. My first job was working for a major furniture company in the warehouse. I’ve assembled more pieces of furniture than I care to admit. Every time I moved with my job (over a dozen times), I bought more furniture. I can reliably give my unbiased opinion about this pair: (1) The shipment comes in two boxes. I got about 3/4 of the way with the first piece and thought I was missing another box. I plugged on and once I was finished, I was left with enough parts for the second piece. And lemme tell you, there are a LOT of pieces and a LOT of fasteners, screws, and dowels. (2) I’m not lyin, this first piece took me about two hours to assemble. Considering how many assemblies I’ve got under my belt, I didn’t expect it to take as long as it did. I used a drill to speed things up and it really really helped. If I didn’t have a drill and knowing what I do now about this set, I’d have paid to have it assembled. If you fit time to kill, have at it. But expect to spend at least 3 hours if you’ve got little experience under your belt. (3). The instructions and illustrations are the best I’ve seen for any assembled furniture. Real pictures of the fasteners *really* help. The pieces are all marked very well and described perfectly in the instructions. Again, I have to say this is one of the most well thought out product design, tools (all included) and directions. (4) The final product is quite impressive. They provide felt covers for every visible fastener to hide the silver. I used only a fraction because most are in too hard of areas to note. But the amount they provide shows they really care about craftsmanship. (5). The quality is solid. It’s a sturdy piece of furniture and when you’re done, it looks terrific. I was expecting it to be bigger than it was. The view from picture appears to be a good sized nightstand. It is smaller, but damn, the unit looks amazing when it’s lit up and that alone was the reward for the hassle of self assembly. (6). The Lights - - what can I say, the strip lights under the riser make this thing ROCK. I’m big on ambient lighting and this sets the mood amazingly well. Overall, I’d give this unit a 10. I’m a harsh critic and I couldn’t find one to thing I didn’t like about these nightstands. Yes, assembly was a major pain in the tail, but when you’re done, you can be proud of your efforts and how these will look in your bedroom!

Very happy with this nightstand. It looks modern, is the perfect size, and the two drawers are spacious. The material feels sturdy and the assembly was easy. Great value for the price. Highly recommend.

Super quick and easy to assemble. It only took a little over an hour for me to assemble with a friend. I didn't expect much when I first purchased this nightstand. It's still standing strong after 5 years of use. I don't write reviews often but I purchased this set 2x. The first time in 2020 and the second 2023. So I currently own 4 of these night stands and I am planning on buying the matching dresser once I finish moving into my new place. I had issues with the led’s for the first set I purchase but it worked perfectly up until 2024. 4 years of absolutely no issues! I contacted the company customer service to get more details so that I could replace the power supply that was damaged while I was moving and not only were they prompt with their response, but they sent me replacements that I received 2 days later! A few days ago my cat got to the wires and chewed on its wires so I contacted the company again and they were just as fast and helpful with their response. It's hard to come by effective and prompt customer service nowadays. Customer service: 11/10 Durability/longevity:10/10 Size: does the job for my glasses, medications, lotions, books and chargers

This set is an excellent choice if you're looking for style and a modern ambiance without spending too much. It's not luxury furniture, but it offers great value for money, especially for apartments, teenagers' rooms, or modern bedrooms.

Update: The seller has beens surprisingly gracious. They reached out to me in private and offered me either a refund without sending back the nightstands I have already assembled, or a new and more expensive set of nightstands with larger dimensions. I opted for the latter as I do need new nightstands. This was done without any solicitation from me which I find above and beyond. Also, they did not ask me to update my review. Just to make it right. I respect that. For customer service like this alone I am raising my review to 3 starts. I will review the new nightstands when they arrive and adjust my review again depending on how our experience goes. _______________________________________________________ Original review: Don't buy these. They are FAR smaller than they let on in pictures. And very cheaply made. Particle board and a THIN layer of black matte finish. Scratch easily. Return options are VERY limited. You'll need to disassemble and box yourself. Just don't bother with the hassle. Spend a bit more money and get something that won't fall apart and is taller than your knee.

For the price, these are pretty chill. They’re a little cheaply made, but not to the point where they look bad or feel like they’ll fall apart. They look great and I’m happy with my purchase. I’m also glad it came with two remotes so I can have one near my bed and on my desktop. Be aware they are a little small but they hold a decent amount of stuff.
