Good enough for bugdet wheel, but hard to change axle.

Decent enough budget wheel, but comes with a solid axle (not quick release). I thought I'd change it for an old QR I had lying around, but the retaining nuts were so tight I has to hacksaw it off, which means cutting through the nut, which takes forever, and butchering the dirt cap piece. Luckily, I had some others off another wheel which fitted, but by no means a universal size item.
