Product is good and fine working but quality of item is not upto the mark, many areas are invented to save cost, it could have been better product had cheap items not pushed in it. Atleast manufacturer or packager shall have considered that customers are paying you handsome money, you shall avoid putting cheap alternatives. eg. Back panel, Chalk, etc
