My biggest problem with charging cables is that while they may be cheap, they're quickly damaged and often can't survive a few bends before shorting out or just not working altogether. Similar "chunky/chubby" cables are often overpriced, but this one hits a sweet spot. Reliable, durable, and incredibly fast as long as it's connected to a charger capable of fast charging. Just don't expect a boost in performance is all you're doing is plugging it into your 15W magsafe charger. Will definitely be buying more!

I bought this cable and was quite impressed with the quality of the cable, the suppleness, the weight and the fact that it had a power meter on the cable which gave you wattage, voltage & amperage being used....and the meter was quite accurate too. Seemed like a fantastic deal, until you go to use it. Used it for a few days charging my HP Notebook at 100 watts and my phone at 25 watts, and at some point the connector at the phone side heated up to the point where it almost burnt the phone, but it did burn itself. It got so hot I couldn't even touch it to unplug it. Smoke started pouring out and I thought I had toasted my phone. Fortunately, the phone was fine except for a smell of burnt electronics which was nothing more than the smoke, and it cleared itself up within a few hours. The cable however did not survive and had I left it in any longer, it would have caught fire. The connector won't even plug into anything because it's half melted on the inside. This is a danger and I do not recommend at all. It doesn't even deserve one star. It should be forbidden to even be imported into the country.

This cable is so awesome that I bought a couple more at full price (not just from Amazon Vine). This has a giant fat/thick cable but it's made of miracle flex silicone. It's really like soft pasta. I can coil a fat cable like this smaller than thinner cables which I have which are the most flexible I have. It has no memory, so no kinks like I get in almost every other cable, especially cheap braided ones. Further, the display has DECIMAL digits. I've purchased others which show decimal digits in the pictures, but, in reality, they've changed the design, and they no longer have decimal digits. Decimal digits are useful when charging really small devices or when the devices are almost full. This is a 240W cable but only 480Mbps (USB 2.0). I actually prefer this since I keep my data cables separate and short (and stiff) which leaves my charging cables long and flexible. A final note is that this is a right-side cable. If you plug it into the left side of your laptop, the display will be upside down. Hagibis makes a left-side cable (https://amzn.to/3ZgBoby) but it's USB 4, so not as flexible, and I don't really care for the green monster colorway.

This cable is excellent. It tests at 0.2 mΩ resistance, which is typical of a good quality cable. I've seen cables that get close to 5x that, which inhibits full power and can cause the cabe to heat up. This charged from a 100w at ~94w for about an hour without a problem. It hit 96w at peak. This is a very good performance. The max of the device and the charger were 100w, and it never precisely hits the maximum, so the cable is working very very well. It's extremely useful to see the voltage displayed. It's very clear, and it cycles between the volts, amps, and watts at just the right rate. It's very convenient to see charging slow down as the charging cycle ends. If I want to use the device and can see that it's nearing the end of the charging cycle I can take it at 90-95% charge to save time.

Cable never got above 14w when using a 65w output plug. I tested on my phone and tablet. Very disappointed as i wanted fast charging cables for whdn i travel. I purchsed after research and reviews. Ill try my laptop to see if it goes higher and will adjust review if it does.

Plugged in my Asus laptop which can draw 100 watts and the cord started smoking. Hasn't worked since. Shame seemed like a good cord.

The cable itself looked and felt sturdy but that is where the positives end, this cable requires another part in order to connect it to an bnc receiver furthermore this cable is finicky and often wouldn't connect unless you jingling a bit, but the worst is the jingle can blow the fuse for the connector in the car so be aware!

I cannot believe I’m writing this after 2 months of use. I’m sad to say tonight i noticed my device was barely charging. To the cables credit, it did accurately report accurate trace electricity passing through the cable but I’m sad it broke so soon. I did troubleshoot and do some basic root cause analysis and the cable is the definitive problem. I’ve been pretty gentle with this cable as well so I’m very surprised. Perhaps an unfortunate outlier.

This is a must-buy cable. The silicone cable is really flexible, feels really high quality with a great, bright display and metal connectors, and is so very enjoyable to use. If you find inflexible cables frustrating, this is your solution. I also find this cable great for USB powered soldering irons, as the flexibility makes it much safer and easier to use
