Can't go back to normal underwear
I got these as a curiosity after wearing cheap boxer briefs my entire life. I thought the dual pouch was kind of a weird gimmick, but maybe it would help keep things cooler down here; which would be good for the swimmers, but didn't expect much from the comfort department. Putting them on is awkward, as you do kind of have to open the pouch and slide the jewels in to place. The second pouch isn't so much a pouch as it is a hole. Whereas most men's underwear use overlapping fabric you have to pull apart to drain your radiator, this has just one flap to pull aside. I'm not sure if its a pro or a con, but when I get... excited... The single flap over the second pouch isn't quite wide enough to keep my excitement consealed... It lets itself out the front door. It's kind of a fun feature if you're messing around, but also kind of embarrassing if you're in public and your underwear aren't helping to keep things contained. I saw some reviews about the difficulty of putting things in place from the inside, especially if you're a grower and not a shower. I've found the best way to do this is to just worry about getting your man purse in position inside, then open the flap and pull the squirt gun out through the hole. The pouches do tend to hold things in place. However, if its cold out or you're otherwise keeping your cherry tomatoes closer to your body, they might slip out of the pouch if you cross your legs or sit particularly wide. I thought this would actually happen a lot the first time I put them on, but really I've been surprised by just how often things stay in place. Another concern was that the pouch looked really tight and I was worried about things being squeezed or pinched in the elastic down there. The fears were unfounded as this has been insanely comfortable. My parts are held in place but the elastic let's things move freely enough not to cause discomfort or mind melting pain if I move the wrong way too quickly. As a grower, the second pouch isn't really necessary, but it hasn't created any discomfort, either. I wouldn't pay extra for it, but there's no real reason to avoid it, either. I never really had chafing issues down there, despite being a heavier dude and walking quite a bit, so I can't say it solved a problem I never had. What it did solve for me was the skin of the sack sticking to the side of my leg and having to awkwardly stretch and swing out my leg trying to get it to come loose. When you first put these in, it's going to feel like your bits are being held gently but firmly by a pretty lady (it makes it less awkward if you imagine it's a pretty lady). The first few times you wear them, you're going to be aware of your reproductive organs every moment of the day because they're not used to being treated this way. However, once you're used to it, going back to pouch less underwear is going to be tough. The fabric is super breathable, but I'm still a fan of the comfort of cotton over modal and elastine. I wish Sheath had cotton options with elastic where needed to make the pouches work. I'm a big dude, both in size and height (6'-6"). I normally get 2XL underwear with the idea that it will stretch out if it's a little tight. I'm glad I didn't do that with these. The 3XL barely fit. I think they're designed for a 48-50 waist. I feel as though they actually would fit a 44-46 comfortably. Possibly as a result of my length as much as my width, these do slide down my butt pretty easily when turning in bed at night. Because I keep a lot of weight in my thighs, when I get non-cotton underwear, the elastic around each leg is usually unbearably tight when I first put them on. Not so with these. The legs have never rolled up and they've never cut into me in any slight way. The big test was putting on normal underwear again after these. To my great dismay, I despised my existing underwear after wearing these for a while. You just can't put a price in this kind of support. I hope this helps!

Peace for the Frank & Beans
I’ve gone through more “game-changing” underwear than a Red Sox fan goes through hope in October. Every pair promises “ultimate comfort,” and every pair ends up lettin’ the Frank & Beans slide down one pant leg like they’re tryin’ to catch the Green Line. Not these, though. Buy these with absolute confidence. These bad boys got a dedicated sack. A condo, really. Your Frank & Beans each get their own little room like they’re summerin’ on the Cape. No more gettin’ mashed, squished, or rearranged like you hit a pothole on 93. ALL DAY COMFORT, kid. Moisture-wicking like they’re fightin’ humidity in August in Atlanta. No adjusting, no “hang on a sec,” no back-alley negotiations with your own anatomy. If your downstairs department has ever felt betrayed by false promises, congrats your search is over. These are the Tom Brady of drawers, minus Your Frank & Beans will be happier than when Bruins Score

I would like to buy more when they’re on sale for cheap.
I really do like the sheath underwear. 2 shorts in with this kind I’m reviewing. If you’re a man that needs a little more room sheath briefs will do. Like how everyone mentions that it’s easy to see the bulge. That’s the reason why I’d like the briefs a little bit more but these are good. They are very cozy. That’s why I keep buying more. The style is nice. The dual pouch works for me. The quality is good and the size is perfect. They do keep everything separated and I find myself adjusting less, which is good because I won’t look like a weirdo. The only only thing that’s a bummer is they don’t come in a three pack or two for cheap. I don’t find anything slipping out so that’s a plus. Overall, in summary, they are good and helpful when shaving down there nothing pricks you.

Fit great, Comfortable, and ABC(anti-ball crushing)
I’ve been looking for a boxer brief like this one(separate compartments for different parts). I like it prevents the ball crushing(ABC anti-ball crushing). No more sack sticking to the thigh. Woohoo. Especially after sitting at a desk all day. Everything fit great. I like everything(comfort, material, size) except the price. There is only one thing that this underwear rubbed me the wrong way. I have never bought an underwear this expensive. With this price I can buy 2 5-packs of other brand at the store. Even my wife’s fancy Victoria’s Secret’s price cannot compare. Otherwise I would rate this review 5 STARTS. This underwear is so pricey, I can only buy one underwear per month. Here is the burn quote, “Your underwear is so expensive, I have to pace out my purchase and create an underwear budget for the next twelve months.” After using these for awhile, I can say these undies are good for every day use, except for doing lunges exercise. When the legs stretched that far apart, the packages got out off the sacks. Other exercises are fine. That’s my usage gripe

Better than regular boxer briefs, but less good than Separatec or David Archie
Especially for the price. I was REALLY excited about getting a pair of these, and my immediate impression was delight. However, there are some functional issues that make this less impressive than I had hoped. It's just harder to place and keep your ding dong separate from you balls. Often feels like a two-handed operation, which can suck while simply trying to pee or make adjustments, which is inevitable. Also, the sizing ran bigger than all the under underwear brands I tried. Finally, I think I'm done with boxer briefs. Every brand rides up and Im tired of fighting to keep that little leg section back down. I made a similar suggestion about socks that are higher than the ankle bone but below the calf muscle. They always slide down. I'd like to see a manufacturer provide a neoprene (or some material) keeper to prevent that from happening with socks and boxer briefs. In the end, still wonderful garments and definitely a good step in the right direction for male comfort. Game changer for active work and lifestyles. I feel more comfortable, cleaner, and more hygenic.

Good, but very expensive

Great pair. The separation for everything is very nice and extremely comfortable. I now own a 2.0 pair and 4.0 pair. I definitely prefer the 4.0 that separates everything, and it's all around more comfortable. I'll definitely be buying a triple pack if they ever become available.

This is the best underwear I have ever wore.

The only problem I have is I can’t get a few more pairs. I only got two pairs to see what I thought and now amazon won’t ship them to Ireland anymore. Hopefully that will change I n 2020.

Very comfy. I like the dual pouch, it cradles the balls but not very effective in really active situations. Fits a bit big, 32 waist and the medium is a bit too big.
