They seemed to have shipped the product out the same day I placed the order. Once received it was very well packaged. Like others mentioned below; easy to install only hard part was getting the fan blade off the old motor. A/c has been working great now! The ac service man I called out quoted me $500-$600 to install a new motor. Glad I didn't do that! Great prices and fast delivery....thank you!

This was easy to install and a direct replacement for my Goodman unit. Works great and my AC is back to cooling as it should.

I used this motor to replace a nearly identical fan motor on a Rheem A/C unit. The Rheem motor (Emerson K55HXKYG-9835) burned out, and I needed a replacement ASAP. This unit arrived in less than 24 hours, and works flawlessly. This motor came as advertised, a 3-wire motor, and it plugged in and bolted up to the 48Y frame bolt pattern (although I did need 4x #8-32 nylock nuts).

So far so good. Got this on as a replacement for my unit and has held up through the real hot weeks. Got here fast too. If you’re on the fence. It’s definitely worth a shot.

My Air conditioning unit failed and when I called for an estimate on a replacement I was quoted an Outrageous amount to replace it. So I ordered an OEM motor and replaced it myself in less than 45 minutes. Now, it Quite and My Home is as Cool as it's ever been. Always nice to do your homework instead of letting these companies rape you on less than perfect customer service.
