A must to save your face, skalp and ears from the sun.
Own several of these travel umbrellas and have one in each vehicle. After major facial surgery due to skin cancer damage I don't walk 5 feet outside in summer without one of these umbrellas. Easy to deploy, size is comfortable even in crowed areas (outdoor concerts), weight is minimal and overall quality is top notch.

Definitely deflects the ☀️ Suns heat!
Small but gets the job done. Durable and sturdy. I live in the AZ sun so it worked. Outside games, walking from the car to the store through a long parking lot.

A lifesaver for my migraines! Worth every penny
I’ve had this for FOUR years. I got it bc I get migraines when I’m in the sun for prolonged periods. This umbrella is an absolute lifesaver. It also protects my fair skin from getting sunburned!! It WORKS!! It’s like standing under a shaded tree so you also stay cooler. Worth every single penny!

Great size, good quality
This is a great size to throw in a purse and blocks the sun beautifully when I'm out for a walk. It opens and closes well, but does feel a little rickety so hard to tell how long it will last. So far so good though!

Best investment ever. I never leave home without it.
I originally bought this because I coach track and field. I had spent one season roasting and was determined not to let it happen again. So I bought this handy dandy little thing and it changed my life! At first, people laughed and called me a vampire, but after a while, they wanted to know where I bought it. It was superb for the hot and sunny days and even did the job during the rainy meets. Every kid wanted to crowd under it, and while they loved being able to take advantage of the shade, were too embarrassed to buy one for themselves. I also invested in a large golf umbrella of the same style so that more people could benefit. Anyway, I’ve traveled with this in my backpack on airplanes, ferries, sightseeing, or even walking to the store from the parking lot. Sun? No problem. Rain? No problem. Wind? It’s not inverted on me but it has felt like it wanted to fly out of my hand. But that’s what the wrist strap is for. I MAY leave it in the car during the winter, but this is definitely a 3 season item you should have on your person. Sun damage is real. Heat exhaustion is real. And those are the main reasons for my purchase, but it works in the rain too and fits in most purses and backpacks. It also weighs next to nothing. If your child plays outdoor sports, buy this. Your skin will thank you!

Good for UV protection
This is a really great umbrella for sun protection. I used it to walk around with my infant outside during the summer.

Provides Shade Better than a Hat
This umbrella is highly recommended to protect yourself from intense sunlight. It is better than a hat because it shades part / all of your body. The umbrella fabric is thick and reflective - unlike regular umbrellas, you cannot see the sun through the fabric. The small form factor and automatic opening made it perfect for traveling.

Great Sun Blocking Umbrella, if there is NO WIND.
Great sun protection, while it lasts! I teach people to ride motorcycles. I do this in the "high desert," or the desert, right in the middle of the mountains. I've had a few occasions to break out the umbrella for students that are overheating. Instant shade. It would have been given five stars, because of its compact nature, ease of open and closure, and performing its stated function. The problem is in its wind resistance - non-existent, and its durability - very low. A stiff desert breeze ended its tenure as my sun blocking umbrella. It flipped inside out and ripped.
