Received 6 cuttings packed with wet paper towels. The cuttings had roots and soil with gel to keep plants healthy. Box had holes cut in sides and labeled live plants. Appreciated the bamboo included to keep the shipping box from being crushed. Package included complete instructions for planting and care. I was pleased with my order and would purchase again.
