Computer works great no problems setting up. The key board works great also with the exception of a few lights are not working. I do recommend this computer system. I will buy again.

Small and powerful! I have owned tower PCs for decades, but this desktop model is faster and has greater storage capacity than any before even though it has a much smaller footprint. The solid state hard drive loads programs instantly and work goes quickly and smoothly. You can spend a whole lot more for a desktop computer, but this refurbished model does everything I need faster than ever! A definite recommend!!

I bought this because I had a specific monitor that only used a VGA cable. Also, I use SD cards and liked the ease of having the SD card reader on the front. UNFORTUNATELY, this was untrue, even though the photos show otherwise. SD card reader is a dummy location and will not open. The is no VGA cable hook up, only HDMI. I had to purchase a monitor with a HDMI connection, which was more $$ out of my pocket. No I’m still out the SD reader. So, yes, I’m disappointed.

First issue was that this product did not get delivered to the right house. When i found it on my neighbors porch the outer box was dented and poorly sealed with one single piece of tape holding it closed. That made me nervous. I got it home and opened it to find a more reasonable packed box inside but the outer box itself was too big which allowed it to loosly knock around inside. I opened the boxed computer. That was packed better but when i took it out i discovered that it was missing the wifi adapter and the box that the key pad was in had been torn open causing me to wonder if it was used rather that being new in its box as the description states. The exterior of the computer tower did have some minor defects which were understandable but due to the missing wifi adapter and the poor packaging i would rather not wait around for a new part to test out something that was most likely knocked around during transport when i myself take better care of my electronics than that. Im sending it back tomarrow...

I am very highly pleased with this PC Computer ! It came with 32 gigs of Ram, a 1 TB drive, and it works Amazing. It does not come with a gaming GPU but I have already ordered one from Amazon. Note: If you do upgrade the video card you will need to go with a low profile graphics card as there is not much room. Overall, this has been a very awesome purchase at a fantastic price. I have played Flight Simulator without a gaming card, just using the onboard graphics and had no problem and it actually looked decent. I very highly recommend this PC. Its super fast too !

I was very excited to get my computer with the bells and whistles that it was supposed to have. It came with nothing, not even the power cord. It was a cardboard box with packing and the computer only. The DVD drive was frozen. It would not open. I do not even know if there was anything in the bay. It never recognized nor connected to the internet. It showed that there was a handful of files, no run execute, but no setup, no anything. I was very disappointed. I was upgrading to a Windows 11 system.

Outstanding machine. A great value considering what you get for the price. I did replace the keyboard and mouse with a set of Logitech items. My local computer guy/professional checked out the machine before I ever plugged it in. He indicated that the machine was in excellent condition and he could not find anything wrong. It is super fast and super quiet.

Had a small issue that was corrected right away by the company. Now it's been more than the 90 day warranty and and problems have appeared. I did not contact the company as it was at least another 90 days after my purchase and I did not want the grief of back and forth and still end up with nothing. As a result I had to purchase another hard drive and a windows 11 disk and have my technician come back and reprogram the entire unit again which basically the purchase price of the unit. I really can not lay fault with anywhere as the product was out of warranty that the company offered it's just the fact that I was not expecting any problems so soon. Yes I did buy refurbished but the bottom line I'm out almost the cost of the new one
