Great taste and consistency. You can't even tell the difference it's gluten free.

You can do a lot with this stuff, adds a deep, rich flavor. #1 ingredient in many Thai noodle dishes. You just can't get that flavor w/o this stuff.

Love love that I could find a Gluten Free Oyster Sauce! Can I say that again! I love cooking Asian style especially since I'm gluten free but was having trouble finding GF products for my sauces. This is wonderful, stir a little into your next stir fry.

I purchased last month as we are planning a dinner party with someone allergic to gluten. As I went to prep for the party, I removed the jar from the pantry and when I removed the plastic safety seal (still intact), I noticed a small dent in the lid. When I twisted to open, it was not vacuum sealed and there was black inside the lid right by opening. Sadly I am passed the window to return. And I notice I'm not the only one who had a small dent in the lid. Disappointed.

The product is great, but it arrived damaged in the mail. It's not eligible for return, so I'm hoping the seller will refund/replace! I'll update this review depending on if/how they rectify this problem so others can have confidence purchasing

Finally, an oyster sauce that has a wide opening for easy use. Every other brand I've seen has a narrow, small opening, Making it a slow process to even get a small amount. Please, never go out of business, I will be buying this for the foreseeable future.
