I wanted to start working out an I try this ball in the gym of the hotel in my last trip and I'm totally in love. So happy that was available in Amazon! It's easy to handle and have examples of multiple of workouts.

I use this medicine ball for Myofascial Release on all of my tight spots. It also has diagrams of exercises to do. Its a good size for most spots on the body.

Arrived when promised. Website was written on ball for videos and other products by seller. Directions with diagrams was also written in ball. Love the color. Would purchase again from this seller.
