Great, Well Built Product
Product is well built. Easy to assemble and adjust. Accurate and easy to use. Thought I was missing a couple of the end piece parts, but they were stuck in the foam padding used for packing. Make sure you check that well. I have a different brand of one of these jigs, and this one is much better. I highly recommend if you need one.

Meh... has some nice features but...
Okay, so I will cop to the fact that I have tried multiple juice groove jigs, both home made and purchased, and find most of them wanting. This jig has some nice features, stores well (if you take it apart) but also has some flaws. The little plastic "caps" at the end of track fit in loosely and it's just a matter of time before they are lost. That's not the end of the work (as long as you don't lose the little bars that hold the jig together (with the world's tiniest metric screws), but it does mean that the internal tape measure rule falls out and they will eventually get bent. The riser block, so the router rides flat, is a nice idea... made of nylon it glides over the work piece easy but the problem was that it didn't match any screw holes on my router base which probably means I'd end up making a plate to use with this jig and, if I did that, it could just include the riser block too. But the most difficult element is the "hold down" clamps that slide into the bottom of the channel and hold it to the work piece. There are only two, they project and so you have to use blocks or something to keep the entire jig level. It's pretty awkward. All in all, I'm still looking for the perfect juice groove jig. If one exists.

Does what it's supposed to do
The #SpeTool adjustable router jig is a great tool for templating square and rectangular shapes. The jig is made of aluminum and is very sturdy. It does take some time to adjust and tighten things down but I haven't seen any jigs where that's the norm. Each bar has measurements on them to help in getting things dialed in. I'm very pleased with the SpeTool adjustable router jig.

Very nice jig.
The item came well packaged to protect the powder coated aluminum guides. There are easy instructions for assembly. It is simple to assemble and adjust to the desired size. They give you a pair of clamps to allow you to clamp the jig to your work and a foot for the router to help balance it if needed. Carefully guide your router base using the router base flat edge along the inside of the jig to get your juice groove.

Works as long as you are careful in measuring where everything goes
This router jig is a nice setup with sturdy aluminum rails and secure locking plates that keep the rails in place. I liked that the rails were pretty heavy duty and that the adjustments for size were pretty easy to manage. I also liked that the kit came with all the fasteners necessary to put this jig together. What I didn't like was that this kit did NOT come with a hex key tool to tighten all the extremely small fasteners to lock the rails in place. The hex key needed is a very small metric 2.5 size key which many users may or may not have on hand. Often, manufacturers will issue a tool with a kit to ensure the tool is the right length so overtorque of the small screws is prevented. Since we have to provide our own tool, this cannot be guaranteed. Second, I didn't like that the rulers embedded in the rails were loose fitting and could move, which essentially made them worthless for accurate measuring. Some users have complained about the smaller end caps being easily removed but I found this to actually be an advantage for me since I could remove the end caps off of two rails and then use the locking plates of both rails to create a single long 52" rail if I needed an extended guide for routing. The remaining 2 rails could still be used as vertical legs of the jig if desired by moving the locking plates from those legs into the extended guide rail assembly. When assembled, the jig was square. Unfortunately, once the jig was assembled, the clamps used to keep the jig in place on the workpiece are not very good and there are only two of them. The clamps are assemblies consisting of a plate that slides into a channel in the bottom of the jig, a hollow clamping L-shaped body, a screw that goes up through the hollow vertical leg of the L body and then screws into the plate, and a clamping screw to create the clamping force on the underside of the workpiece. One of the clamps I received were not really square and one of them had a clamping plate that had rotated slightly off center so I had to loosen the screw holding the pieces together so I could square up the clamping plate to the clamp body. This lack of attention to detail during manufacturing can be frustrating. Overall, this kit can help a lot in providing a good, straight and square jig for routing. It's just too bad that the details - loose rulers, no hex key to ensure proper tightness, and better clamps - were not given the attention they need to make this kit worth a 5 star review.

Could use some refinement
This is a great idea that could be a lot easier to use with a couple of changes. I used this to route out some cabinet doors so I could put glass in them. I really like the idea but the setup is much more complicated than it needs to be. The jig is a little flimsy at the connectors and there is no simple way to verify the measurements. You are left with a tape measure and a square to align the rails correctly. It there were index marks where the fence connections meet the ruler the setup would be simple. Since there’s no mark the ruler is essentially useless, when you combine that with connections that are a little weak and it’s a difficult jig to do precise work with.

A bit trick to use but works well

The black end cap is loose. It does not stay in place. I will have to use tape to keep it in place. It’s to bad because the track is good quality. Missing 2 M4 black short bolt that I will have to provide. The price is right. To much trouble to return it. Will keep it :)
