First I want to thank Ms AMREEN garu from "cafe desire" customer support for making the installation and set up process easy.. through a video call she guided me with few hassle-free easy steps to install the machine.I really like and appreciate Ms AMREEN way of explaining about the machine which can be easily understand by anyone.About the "Cafe Desire" machine , I was surprised how easily we can operate this machine. Controls of the machine is easy and not clumsy. The machine looks solid and with attractive graphic design on it.I got two premix packs from "Cafe Desire" , of cardamom tea premix and coffee premix. My family tried both coffee and tea, the flavour and Aroma and consistency of the blend is perfect. I haven't seen any negative things in this machine. If anyone looking to get a coffee & tea vending machine, I would suggest them to buy "Cafe Desire" vending machine. 👍😀

It Is a wonderful Product .Definately a value for money Product .Ease for use was made by Miss AMREEN . Updating the review after one week of use. Machine is running very smoothly at the moment. Installation process was also smooth and well guided by Miss. Amreen of Cafe Desire team. Also she guided all the do's and don'ts that needs to be followed while operating the machine. I will surely recommend this machine to all my known persons who is thinking of buying a tea and coffee vending machine.

Totally worth the buy...100% must buy if you are considering with no second thoughts whatsoever...Aijaz helped me install and send me the maintenance videos which made the installation process super easy too. The Coffee and Tea taste is perfect, I have been using Cafe Desire since a while so love it since long and this purchase was totally worth it.

On receipt of Vending machine we requested for company technician for installation and Demo. They refused to do so and only sent a video for first time installation and Demo. Machine used to chock intermittently making no Tea coffee coming out. When requested for technician visit for servicing again wanted to explain over phone how to do servicing and carryout own servicing. Zero servicing NO technician visit for installation Demo and subsequent servicing. One needs to be careful before purchase about the remote guidance for installation and service. No technician visit possible from Cafedesire company.

The product is very good and is serving in my coffee shop without any problems. The installation support was also very good with clear video tutorials. The after sales customer support is also good, special mention to Ms. Bindu. Although I haven't encountered any technical issues with the product yet, just in case required I'll comment the service quality at that time.
