Fresh, clean scent, makes a wonderful infusion to enjoy all day. Package holds a jinormous amount of product, will certainly last me a while. The infusion is made by adding 5-6 grams with boiling water in a quart Mason jar, 2 leaves of dried stevia, sit on counter overnight, and enjoy a refreshing beverage next day!

The flavor of this tea is bright, light and delicately oaty. I recently bought the oatstraw from another company, which steams its Oatstraw, and it tasted dull, lifeless and twiglike. I'm glad to have found this brand, which tastes like the original Oatstraw I'd first tasted. Just lovely!
