I was submit a return request but no one came to pick up
Hii dear Amazon , I was facing too many problem on return this lapto. I placed a return request on 14 march 2025 since then courier service make a missed call but did not came to pick up this laptop The laptop problem is battery issues and very poor built quality. Also I tried to to contact Amazon customer care it's showing unavailable. Please do need full to take your item back and refund my money thank you.

Good from price and poor body case
Machine is good but the body is very poor quality. To say anything about speed I feel to early. Currently it is new and in early days everything performance is good

Good but there are two things that need to be considered
Good but the charger is type D and here where I live we use have only the british type G. And I had a very difficult time trying . to find a convert to solve this problem And it is not mentioned in the details . I hope they put a charger suitable based on the country . The keyboard is only in English alphabet too however I needed Arabic keyboard

The laptop is perfect! I can play Sims4 with no lag at all now. I can also work easily with all the features and processing speed. The only con I have found so far is that the battery life is not very long. But I am usually plugged into the charger the entire time I'm on the laptop anyway. Just kkep your charger nearby at all times and you should be good. Other than that, I'm very pleased!

works as expected. However, had to hire a "windows expert" to get this set up the way I wanted it set up and to move everything from an older windows PC. There are many default windows settings that really need to be set up and managed correctly (lots of privacy issues/settings) Great PC but needs proper setup, refresh, and updates

It’s a very good laptop

I needed a new Windows 11 laptop. My Win 7 box just wasn't cutting it anymore, too many web site errors as the browsers I had all would not update anymore. Laptop arrived in a plain box which I appreciate since I live in a condo complex and deal with porch pirates. Took about 2 hours to get set up but that's mostly because windows 11 asks too many ??'s. Very happy with it so far and I have been trusting Lenovo products for years and they have lasted me for years.
