High quality omega 3 from Norway
I am really happy to find this premium brand in UAE, only wild fish, low TOTEX level, this is what I trust.

When I stuck my nose in the newly opened bottle of NFO fish oil, all I could smell was the light, clean scent of fresh fish. There was no heaviness, and not a hint of rancidity. I checked the expiration date on the bottle: September 26, 2026, almost 2.5 years in the future. Nice! The capsules were in perfect condition, pristine with none sticking together. Fish oil capsules will always be the biggest pill in a handful of supplements, and these are no exception, but if you're shopping for Omega 3s, you already know that. Despite being big, they are smooth and streamlined so not difficult to swallow. Perhaps due to their enteric coating, these capsules did not give me fish burps, nor was there any hint of a fishy aftertaste. I am careful about choosing fish oil, so I find the multiple certifications for this product, from both the US and Norway, to be reassuring. Norwegian fish oil is desirable, but costs more. I feel like this NFO offers a good balance between safety and value.

This fish oil comes from Norway, land of good fish. The fish oil used in this product is sourced from wild caught mackerel, anchovies and sardines. Even the capsule is made from fish. If you are looking for an hefty dose of Omega 3’s, you’ve come to the right place: Each capsule provides 1 gram of pure fish oil. Suggested dosage is 1-2 capsules. I feel one should be sufficient for most people. AS far as I’m concerned , this is about as good as it gets. The only product that might be purer in terms of pollutants would be arctic krill oil, but that is usually considerably more expensive. Verdict: a great way to get your essential fatty acids in Omega 3 form. (The one you want.) Recommended.

Omega 3 Forte by NFO - Norwegian fish oil. This company are a European leader in bio-active omega's. They only use organically fed fish. On opening it has a fish smell. The bottle is a 60 day supply. The capsules are on bigger side as is usual with omegas. They are very clean and clear caps, lighter in color than my usual (well sourced fish oil supplements). The capsules themselves are made from fish. This Forte product gives a highly concentrated minimum dose of 33% EPA plus 22% DHA, with total omega of 65-68%. I take quite a few supplements and I am getting more & more picky on quality and this for sure is the highest grade.

NFO Omega 3 Forte [60 Capsules] Norwegian Fish Oil I had high hopes for NFO fish oil, but I have been disappointed. When I buy vitamins on the internet, I want to see a product that follows the guidelines of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) as published by the US Government. I would like to see third party analysis for purity. I insist that the doses stated on the label are correct. Nowhere on the label is it stated that NFO uses good manufacturing practice. There is no statement of third party analysis. My biggest problem is with dose. The label has obvious errors. They label states the amount of vitamin E in the capsule as 1.46 gms, and less than 0.1 percent of DV. The daily recommended dose of vitamin E is about 15 milligrams. The label states the contained amount of vitamin E is 1.46 grams or 1460 mg, almost 100 times DV. I cannot help it if this is a possible typo, it shows carelessness. All the other fish oil capsules I look at contain about 300 mg of EPA, and about 200 mg of DHA for 2000 mg of fish oil. This product label shows the same amount of EPA and DHA for only 1000 mg of fish oil. Equivalent to 1 capsule. I cannot reconcile the ingredient quantity with the oil weight. I do not trust the label ingredients to be as stated. Too many of what appear to be simple mathematical errors. I have no idea how much EPA or DHA are contained in each capsule.

My fish oil capsules always stick together and while it isn't a huge deal, it is annoying when you are in a rush. These don't stick together. Yes... they are large, all fish oil capsules are. These are no bigger than normal and I still find them easy to swallow. I keep my fish oil capsules in the freezer to prevent the dreaded "fish burps" - so I can't say if these would cause that issue since I kept mine in the freezer. I ordered these because they are Norwegian fish oil, and from all of my research that is supposed to be a higher quality oil. I am pleased with the product and wouldn't hesitate to order again.
