This is such incredible value for something so high quality and well made.It is so easy to change positions with the pull out and slide function and so versatile in what exercises you can do with it. Brilliant whether you are doing body weight exercises (e.g. back raises) or for working with free weights (e.g. bench press or shoulder press).Even with the incredible adaptability, it is solid and stable enough to support a 6" 220lb man plus plenty of extra weight.Folds up into such a neat and small size, meaning it takes up next to no space when not in use. I previously had an overpacked home gym and after clearing out some old equipment and replacing with this and some other handy Phoenix Fitness equipment, now the room is functional again and there is plenty of room to move freely. This has made a world of difference and makes working out so much easier and more enjoyable.For what it does and how convenient it is, it is definitely the single best value purchase I have ever made.

Decent quality does the jobUsed for a while

Out the box the build quality seems to be pretty good. Took about 5 mins to get it setup and about the same when putting it away (unscrewing and the screwing back what takes the time).Cushioning is not the best, and little squeaks here and there when in use, but in saying that it is stable.Lots of adjustability to play with for different uses which is great.Best of all it’s light weight, easily foldable and compact.For the money it’s definitely worth it taking into account it’s for use at home where space is very limited.Hopefully it stands the test of time.I was initially going to give it 4 stars but due to the price point, it earns itself 5.

This bench looks good and is generally easy to use. But I've used it two times, and it's already starting to tear. It's quite a high price for such poor quality.

Great bench with clear instructions and a handy illustrated workout sheet to get beginners started. All of the materials are good quality and the metal work feels solid. Only small quibble is the foot bar doesn't lock into place, not a big issue but a wee bit annoying.
