Balls work for use of hand physical therapy. The balls are definitely not filled with air, if buyer requires that.

This ball has been with me for years! I learned about it at a Massage Seminar and use it almost daily. Perfect for under the neck and over all back muscles, butt muscles and even over the spine. Great therapeutic tool.

These might as well be sold at the dollar store. They're just cheap rubber balls with spikes.WARNING** this company has a very shady return policy. On top of the ridiculous 20% restocking fee.They will deduct the original shipping cost and make you pay to ship it back if there is a problem.There are plenty of other options on Amazon folks.**Avoid Therapy Connection, how a business like this stays around is beyond me. AWFUL! :(

The FitBALL sensory balls are actually very nice. They’ve helped eliminate my aching shoulders, and the neck pain I experience. They’re just the right pressure and are easy to use.
