OMGEEEE Absolutely stunning!! I bought this for a coworker so I’m trying my best not to be selfish and keep it 🫣 While it’s sure to be an eye catcher, I do notice the “chemical” smell that other reviewers mentioned. It’s equivalent to the smell of resin (so exactly like the smell of MGA’s mini verse, make it mini items). Starting with the pen: The ease that normally comes with twist action pens is lacking. It requires a bit of force, so you’ll need both hands for opening and closing this pen. After twisting the pen for this review only, the diamonds near that twist point are already uplifting, along with dried glue. I also tested out the quality of writing and I’d compare it to a standard BIC ballpoint pen. The Book: The book is a bit stiff but I’m sure it’ll loosen up after being used a bit. I did notice the “sticky” feeling along the edges of the front of the book, Its from the exposed glue points. It’s honestly not that bad and after being handled a bit I’m sure that will subside as well. Overall, I think this set is absolutely beautiful and fairly priced.

My grand daughter feels so fancy with this set. She loves diary-type note taking. Mind you she’s only 6! But this gave her just the right size tablet and the pen is so fun. The color is very girly. The value for the money is on point. However; after about a month of use, the glitter coating on the pen is starting to chip and peel. Then pen writing is fine but the case isn’t holding up to regular use. The pen and tablet function as expected.
