The camera application on this doesn't work. I've tried multiple computers, looked for application updates, there is no support for this product anywhere, they don't answer in Amazon service chat, and the short manual is only in German.

Seems like a really awesome microscope. I mean it's my first one ever so I'm no expert. But was easy to set up. Comes with premade slides that were fun and have been looking at all kinds of stuff. Feels sturdy, not like a toy. The camera lens is cool option to take pictures and look through the PC. Looks way better through the eye piece than it does the camera piece but it's still worked well and is a nice option. *Don't do what I did and try to unscrew and open one of the eye pieces! I dont know why I did it, but I dropped a piece of glass from inside when I did and it took me a while to figure out how to put it back together. There is no reason to open one, at least not out of the box if nothing is wrong with it. I did get it back together though and I'm having a blast. I've always wanted one that wasn't a toy but wasn't crazy expensive. This is that.

Works perfectly but the software’s for the usb camera is weird you can’t use open source stuff maybe I’m doing it wrong but I’m pretty sure I’m not but there software’s “works”
