Update: 7-9-18: After more than a year with no results, my husband stopped taking all the supplements as recommended on the FaceBook Neuropathy protocol group. Sadly, his pain continues to increase. The sad reality is that his nerves are most probably irrepairable & dead. Maybe the protocol helps with less severe neuropathy or neuropathy caused by treatable Autoimmune conditions. But in my husband's case who has neuropathy of unknown cause, nothing works to lessen the horrible pain. He's since purchased an EZ cruiser battery operated scooter to use for help moving around. He's now in the beginning stage of trying CBD oil without THC in hopes of pain relief. MJ is illegal in our state but CBD oil is legal. He takes a pharmaceutical man made (synthetic) THC medication (Marinol). It helps temporarily calm the pain at bedtime. It's mind boggling that a Pharmaceutical company can patent & legally sell a substance that is illegal. Doesn't make sense. Original Review in 2017: My husband has diagnosed idiopathic small fiber peripheral neuropathy. He's been dealing with it since 2010. There's a "supplement protocol" that supposedly significantly reduces neuropathy pain to a more tolerable level; this supplement is on that protocol. The person who put together "the protocol' researched the least expensive & researched the most effective supplements & this one falls into that category. There are approximately 8 - 12 supplements / elements & all require being taken as specified in order to achieve pain relief results. My husband received a similar but not exactly the same supplement regimen from an in-house chiropractic clinic nutritionist. He had to quit after 3 months or so because of travel time to the clinic, $500.00+ per month office visit & extremely unaffordable cost of the clinic's custom-label supplements. Neuropathy is a cash cow for chiropractors & pain management & pharmaceutical drug companies; sadly, they all fail at relieving the patient's nerve pain & create more irreversible bodily damage to the patient. Neuropathy is terrible & life changing. We think my husband got neuropathy from long term Statin use (cholesterol drugs) but we can't prove it and we are not sure if that's the case. Lots of pharmaceutical drugs are suspicious for having side effects of irrepairable painful nerve damage. The current supplement protocol is extremely more affordable. It calls for weaning off of all the horrible pharmaceutical drugs & pain killers. My husband has been on the protocol for approximately four weeks. He has not experienced any noticeable pain relief but we remain hopeful because doing otherwise is not an option.

Finding a Vitamin K2 made without soy was a challenge. Thankfully Doctor's Best is made with fermented chickpeas and a blessing for those of us who have to avoid soy. I've been using this product for several years.

I gave this 4 stars because although it is a very good product you need to take two per day. If you look at the strength of all the other brands it is 90 or 100mcg per day.

I was diagnosed with osteoporosis and the doctor prescribed me a bisphosphanate (once a week) but I didn't take it because of what I read of the side effects. Then he tried to talk into me the bi-annual injection. I rejected it as well because of what I read of the side effects. Not every one who uses these medications will be affected but I do not want to take the chance. So I read on books on bones strengthening and one of the supplements recommended was this. I have started taking in August 2023 so I don't know if that have helped in my bone density. Price is good. Description of what the supplement can help me bought me. I have to start somewhere but not swallowing medicines.
