Expensive but useful
Expensive, but very useful to me, plugging them in the PS5 access controller. There are varied switches in there for different types of uses. I use the bigger circular switches with my feet, which they're NOT built for mind you - but they activate fine with very little pressure so I have to barely boop them with my toes to activate. That works for me. You'll have to experiment and see what works for you, depending on your ability and needs. I've played a few games now, mapping the most common buttons to 2 of these switches. Bonus, these are standard jack, so we could also plug them in other devices (glassouse for example)

Great buttons for handicap people
Gaming is for everyone, and Logitech is helping make that statement a reality with their adaptive buttons designed for handicapped gamers. These buttons are part of the Logitech G Adaptive Gaming Kit, created to work seamlessly with devices like the Xbox Adaptive Controller (XAC) and other customizable setups. After hands-on experience and observing how these tools open doors for gamers with mobility limitations, it’s clear that Logitech’s offering is thoughtful, well-built, and a true enabler. Inclusive Design with Practicality in Mind The adaptive buttons come in a well-organized kit that includes a variety of input types—light-touch buttons, pressure-sensitive switches, and larger, low-force buttons—allowing users to tailor their layout based on mobility range, muscle strength, or personal preference. All of them feature 3.5mm jacks, making them fully compatible with the Xbox Adaptive Controller and other switch-based systems. The buttons are color-coded and tactile, and they include Velcro and hook-and-loop mounting options. This makes it easy to position them on trays, desks, wheelchairs, or lapboards. The flexibility in placement is a huge win, as it allows for comfort and efficient gameplay without needing advanced fine motor skills. Build Quality and Reliability Logitech’s adaptive buttons feel sturdy and well-engineered. They are designed to withstand frequent use, and their responsiveness is consistent. Whether someone has limited dexterity, tremors, or muscle fatigue, the buttons register input reliably with minimal pressure. Users can press them with a hand, foot, or even an elbow—whatever is most accessible. This kind of robustness is key to inclusive design. Game-Changing for the Disabled Gaming Community Where this kit truly shines is in the way it levels the playing field. Paired with the Xbox Adaptive Controller, these buttons give players with a range of physical challenges the ability to customize their own gaming experience. The Logitech G Adaptive Gaming Kit has been used by gamers with muscular dystrophy, cerebral palsy, spinal injuries, and more, empowering them to fully engage in the games they love—competitively or casually. Final Thoughts Logitech’s adaptive buttons aren't just peripherals—they're gateways to participation, independence, and joy for gamers with disabilities. The kit is intelligently designed, reasonably priced, and built with the end user in mind. For caregivers, therapists, or disabled gamers themselves, this is a truly valuable tool in making gaming more inclusive and accessible. Rating: 5/5 – An inspiring, high-quality solution that makes gaming more inclusive for all.

Differential / variable switches to large for all disabilities
Everything Is great until you get to the differential / variable switches. They only have one size unlike the non-differential / variable switches. My daughter can’t play her favorite racing games because of their large size. Very discriminatory towards people with fine / small motor skills but no gross / large motor skills. It seems that they forgot all disabilities when it came to the differential / variable switches. If not for the problem with the differential switches I would have given this kit 5 stars.
