Acquistato per curiosità e approfittando dell'offerta Prime, ne sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso. Il sapore non è di carne cruda come temevo ma grazie alle spezie usate nella essiccatura hanno un sapore tutto loro, indescrivibile perché non ci sono alimenti a cui paragonarlo. Certo vengono in mente le coppiette di maiale, ma il sapore è totalmente diverso. La stagionatura è ottima, il sapore è un mix tra dolce, salato e affumicato. Ho letto che serve a fare il pieno di proteine per chi fa sport, io lo uso come togli fame e siccome non mangio quasi mai carne rossa lo trovo un valido sostituto. Merita sicuramente l'assaggio, a me piace molto ma riconosco che ha un gusto inconsueto. 4 stelle per Il prezzo eccessivo, ma soprattutto per la mancanza di chiarezza: il prodotto è preparato in Brasile ed importato in Germania, da li spedito in Italia, non certo il massimo per chi è fautore del km zero... AGGIORNAMENTO: ci sono ricaduta e l'ho comprato di nuovo dopo aver provato l'original della stessa casa e altri produttori a costo sensibilmente inferiore. Per me non ci sono paragoni, questa è la carne essiccata migliore tra quelle provate. La quinta stella è d'obbligo. PS= è più secca o coriacea della carne degli altri produttori. Io la preferisco così ma è giusto avvertirvi.....
