⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed with This Phone
I purchased this phone on 7th October 2024, and honestly, it has been a very disappointing experience. The main reason I bought the Lava Hero Shakti was for its promised long battery life (up to 7 days standby), but the reality is totally different. 🔋 Battery backup is terrible – Even after full charging, the battery barely lasts 1 to 2 hours, which is completely unacceptable for a basic keypad phone. 📞 I also faced issues during calls – the sound quality is average and the vibration alert is very weak. 📻 Wireless FM and other features are not useful when the battery dies so quickly. I expected better from a brand like Lava, but this phone truly let me down. I feel my money was wasted on this product. Definitely not recommended.
