It is simple and easy to make - just add water and stir. It dissolves well. But, the flavor is not there. This product tastes like water with cinnamon and a mild touch of mocha or vanilla if you have the variety pack. I tried varying the amount of water as suggested, but it's still not good. I would return it if I could. Very disappointing.

We like the product. However sometimes the product doesn't come out. You have to run it and then open the pod, take out the mix and stir it in.Still good but takes an extra step.

I like these they taste pretty good.

This is so easy to make. I just pour it into my water bottle and shake it. Leave a little space to shake it up. Taste real good, provide good energy. I recommend this product.
