After keeping the device on for long time not enough steam is being generated. Not enough steam for cold or sinuses or facials and the product is non returnable. Useless product not recommended at all.

Good product

I purchased the same item 3 years back and still using it ... ordered one for my mother but the build quality of the product is poor this time. Hope the product has the same life as the one i am using.

Don't buy as this gets very hot, you feel plastic burning smell and can't even touch it, plastic used is of low quality, we used apollo brand earlier it cost around 450 but it's worthy as per quality and it last for around 3yrs.

Total waste, gave spark and stopped completely working
