I can't say enough good things about this! My flow is lighter, which has helped with my iron levels reclaiming some energy. I take one pill a day, taking 2 is too much on my body and i got swollen ankles from the excess.

I started taking these about 3 weeks ago. I felt an increase in energy within the day. I have very large fibroids and experience pain/inflammation from them. The inflammation and discomfort decreased within the first few days. And my cycle was the best it had been in years. My PMS, bloating, cramping, and other symptoms weren't nearly as bad as they had been before I started the supplements. Yes, the pills have a smell, just swallow them, drink plenty of water, take them on a full stomach or while eating, and wash your hands. I will continue to use these supplements, they have given me the most natural relief in years.

So far, so good. The first month I noticed a much lighter period I thought my body was playing a trick on me and I was going to have another the following week (as my periods are a bit weird and spontaneous), but it didn't happen this time. I was a bit nervous seeing the change in my urine color as these pills give it a reddish orange hue which may be concerning if I werent able to pinpoint the reason behind it. I did some research and learned that it could be from the excess b vitamins that are being expelled because my body didn't need them. Shipping was in 2 days and the pills are easy to swallow (just 2 day). I give this product 4/5 stars because there is a bit of a weird smell to them. The first bottle wasn't too bad, but the 2nd bottle was horrendous (it smelled like straight moth balls), I was scared to even take them I didn't want whatever in them that may have gone bad to get into my body and mess me up so I reached out to Amazon to inform them of the issue and they issued me a refund which I used to purchase another bottle. This 3rd bottle has a bit more odor than the 1st one but definitely more tolerable than the 2nd bottle (theres a slight tinge of moth ball scent but not overpowering like that last bottle) so I will keep it and finish it (if this is not normal please reach out to me and maybe send me another bottle so i dont have to worry). Hopefully this 2nd bottle offers more results since the package says to allow 1 full cycles to reap all the benefits. Im hoping that it can help with my hip pain as I never really cramp too much but the hip pain is unbearable. Thank you for this product.

I've left a review before but I really like My Happy Flo and have been using it well over a year. I have made other changes in my life. No one supplement will fix everything, but MHF helps a lot.

I have fibroid and heavy periods but this has lessened it a lot I’m back to 3 days of flow versus almost 6 days that I was starting to get. Been taking this for months and I definitely recommend for anyone dealing with these issues also my cramps aren’t as bad anymore. Noticed I’ve grown new baby hairs on the front and sides of my hairline which is pretty kool that it’s helping with that and my acne has improved also😀

I love this product, but only directly from the company. The one I brought off of here smelled really bad and made my cycle started two weeks early. I ordered from the company a week prior and it showed up on day 3 of my unfortunate 2nd menstruation of the month and stopped it less than 24 hours later. Great product just not from here.

So far, it’s been good. I feel maybe my mood is a little more stable. I’ve only been on it for about 20 days, but I look forward to seeing how I feel in another month or 2!! I saw other reviews saying it smelled bad, but as someone who’s taken a lot of vitamins, these don’t smell bad at all to me.

My first cycle on my happy flo, I noticed an increase in the number and size of my blood clots and more painful cramps, though my period was also slightly lighter and lasted the usual 5 days. This cycle I noticed breast tenderness during ovulation, lighter periods, less cramps and less blood clots.
