Just got it yesterday and took two capsules before bed. Wow. Woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom. Cleaned out my system. Don’t get me wrong. I am not complaining. I’ve had tummy issues my whole life so I appreciate the system clean. I’ve been having issues sleeping at night and last night was the first night that I felt I was in a deep REM sleep, didn’t mind the wake up to use the restroom because I was able to go back to sleep right away. I even slept in until 6:30 AM considering I’ve been waking up at four. Looking forward to continuous use for my tummy, sleep, nerves, and brain health.

I have been using the product for, I believe, a couple of years now. I originally started using it when my neurologist suggested I use certain forms of magnesium along with Migravent as a non-pharmaceutical solution to ocular migraines that I was suffering from. This form of migraine produces, for some, a non painful form of recurrent eye floaters that are very extreme and cause temporary visual distortions. While not serious it can cause discomfort and for some, until they find out what is going on, a trip to the ER. I have found the product a very great help as it very much suppresses the symptoms I was experiencing. It beats taking pharmaceuticals when appropriate as it hasn't their side effects. For some it may also be a cheaper alternative. The side effects of various forms of magnesium include digestive effects. I have found that with this product I am not experiencing any of that. That's a good thing. As to the cost, not ridiculous, although if I total up the cost of all of the supplements I am using for various reasons I could use my prescription drug benefit instead. If the supplements remain relatively stable in price I will not opt for that solution. It might be easier in some ways to get the doctor prescribed pills but they tend to have more side effects than the supplements when they work.

I take 1 capsule before bed and it has really made a difference in my depth of sleep. I still wake up but fall right back to sleep and feel rested and never cloudy or groggy when I wake up
