It does deliver. However I would say it would be a bit harsh for your face for skincare but it does work. I’d really do it more for hair removal on face and it took me 1.5 months until occasional touch up.

It took a while to figure out what settings worked best for what areas and took way longer than most people say it should, but am male, and I think I've got it down now. Some people say it hurts like being snapped by a rubber band, but I think that's a bit of an overstatement. If anything, the warmth of the head of the device is what's more uncomfortable, but even then, it's nothing compared to waxing, sugaring, or epilating. I wish they had glasses that covered the entire field of view, because the fact that I can see the flash out of my peripherals freaks me out a bit, but to be fair, these are the kinds of glasses all of these kinds of products come with, so it should be fine in terms of safety. I've been wary of skin discoloration, so even though I haven't had that anywhere I've used this product so far, I'm not getting this anywhere near my face. The hairs don't exactly come out as soon as they're zapped. Sometimes it's during the showers later, or after my clothing rubs against the treated areas over the course of the day, but overall there's been a definite reduction in hair density and thickness, so this product works fine, and seems like a great value considering the price of other similar products.

Just past the return windows and it stopped working. The light blew while I was using it. It worked great until it didn't. A 3 month light life is not good! ***UPDATE*** I was contacted by the company and they did send a free replacement so they are a reputable and decent company. This really does work. I have no hair under my arms now (only used it a few months) and leg hair I'd down to about half of what I dealt with before. I would recommend this seller. ***UPDATE*** Now I am being harassed by email. They want me to delete the truth about what happened with the first product. I will not lie, told them that via email and told them to leave me alone and now I'm getting more emails that I will not even read. So I am changing my previous statement and would NOT recommend this seller. I will not update again (12/09/2025) I will report their email as spam.

I see no results. I’ve set it to the highest setting and it doesn’t hurt at all. My hair still grows thick and dark. Very disappointed with this item. I had high hopes.

Noticed hair isn’t growing back as thick. Would give five stars but I can’t get the cooling feature to work.

Ive been paying for professional laser hair removal for 20 years. I got tired of working out 1200.00 every 6 to 8 weeks and decided to try a few different laser hair removal home systems and this one is my favorite. The handle is long so it's easy to hold. It has a manual and auto setting and auto makes it easier. I've been using this product for 5 weeks and I am amazed. POA; shave and exfoliate areas you want to treat and go straight from shower towel dry, no lotions.. and use this product. Then apply your lotions. I an very pleased with this system. It it a little time consuming when you do legs arms under arms face and the Brazilian and basically all over body. Do not laser on your tattoos. I plan on buying a few more of these for our company dirty Santa party. So thankful laser hair removal can be done at home, especially getting in those femine areas, im in the privacy of my own home. This has saved me so much money and if you use as instructed you will notice results within 2 weeks. It's truly does what it says it will do and that's eliminate hair growth, thickness and you will notice the stubble... the cooling technology built in is truly pleasurable. This is virtually painless. Love this product
