this is so helpful to be able to add glutathione to my smoothie. I also really like the addition of Inositol. There is no taste to the power and it could be used as a mix in to yogurt. Lots of product in the bag and only need to use a tiny bit. The bag will last me a long time.

I find that this dissolves easily in an iced beverage or in a warm beverage. I take 1/64 of a teaspoon twice daily in my beverage. I have seen an increase in my energy level and a mild boost in my focus as well. This powder comes with a little scoop, which is exactly 1/64 of a teaspoon making it super easy to dump into your beverage.

I really love this product. It has a pleasant taste making it easily digestible. It mixed well in water and I, personally, do not see any residue or debris. **Disclaimer: I mix it with "room temperature" water, if that helps.** I love the fact that you're getting the benefits from both glutathione and inositol. The tiny scoop (included) gives you the perfect yield, so there's no guessing the amount. IMO, I get the best results from this antioxidant taken orally. I take the suggested serving amount in the morning, mid-afternoon, and before bedtime. I have purchased this brand of glutathione 4+ times. That's how much I trust MicroIngredients brand. The only thing that will make this product SUPERB is better packaging. I question the weight of the glutathione because the smooth package is so flat which makes it difficult to get those last couple of scoops without using surgical implements (knife 🗡 or scissors ✂ lol). What can I say, I'll continue to purchase as long as the price remains the same ($19.95). It's worth a try.
