Great Choice!
We have taken vitamin C for years. We haven't had a cold or flu in about the same time frame. We believe Vitamin C has played a part in that. I had cancer several years ago and was concerned I would not be able to have needed surgery if I had a cold. Everytime someone around me showed signs of a cold, I took thousands of Vitamin C mg every few hours. This happened about 4 times and all 4 times my cancer symptons stopped. I asked the Dr. about it and she said " All I can say is that Vitamin C promotes healthy tissue".
