Beautiful tank perfect size for a solo betta
The tank size is perfect for my solo betta, the light and filter work great the tank fully set up looks amazing and well lit it took about 5 mins to set up the filter and light overall 10/10 will be ordering another one. Only thing i dont like about it is the sponge trey for the filter is kind of in the way when setting up wish that was removable but thats the only flaw of the tank.

*UPDATE* Reordered and was very satisfied. Very disappointed with many aspects
**Update** this is honestly one of my favorite tanks. I ordered a replacement and everything arrived in working order including the light. The light was still just loose in the aquarium but it somehow didn’t break this time. The filter is really great and reaches all the way to the bottom, so I don’t have to unplug it when I do water changes!😊 the aeration option is nice (although I have chosen not use it, I did set it up and see what it was like). If you choose not to use the aerator, the outlet where air is supposed to come out has a strong water flow, but I have good swimmers that don’t have a problem with this. I also think if it became a problem, just putting a sponge over it would help. The light is beautiful and works perfectly. The design is beautiful. The lid completely covers the entire tank. It’s perfect.Very disappointed with this. First, it was advertised as a glass fish tank. It is not. The one I received was plastic which was incredibly disappointing as I specifically wanted glass. Second, as many others have said, the light came broken as it was completely unpackaged in the tank. This left small pieces of glass in the bottom of the tank. Finally, the pump did not work. I plugged it in and could feel it running but it never sucked water. Overall, really bummed. I would have kept it if the pump worked because lights are so easy and cheap to replace and it being plastic wasn’t a complete deal breaker, but the pump was a no go.Some positives are, the tank was exactly the size I wanted. The smooth edges on the front are very pretty, and the pump itself is pretty small so it doesn’t take up a lot of room in the tank. Hoping my replacement comes and is functional!

Attractive and easy to set up, but needs some tweaks
The first one shipped came with broken glass which turned out to be the tube light that was not wrapped or clipped into the lid. The replacement was seamless and very quick. The second one was intact and easy enough to set up...well, actually the pics of the tubes to put the filtration system together were not the same items I received, so that took a bit of figuring out.I had read the other reviews about the lights being too bright so I applied some paper tape over the white leds to diminish the glare somewhat. I'll end up replacing the light with something that offers more blue options to keep the water from looking so ...I don't know....washed out, or something. The water looked clearer as soon as I'd covered the white lights...they are too bright and too reflective. The power of the water flow is a bit much too. I am going to find some way to block some of the intake and slow the water movement a bit also. The little tank is attractive though. The black rim on the top of the clear tank also came off easily on the first tank when I tried to lift it out of the box, but I heard the broken glass shift around and stopped trying to unpack the rest of the items immediately. I noticed that there were only scattered patches of white 'glue' residue or caulking...it wasn't solid along the entire edge of the clear tank. I did not experience that trouble with the second tank, but I also took the light tube out right away and turned the box upside down to let gravity allow the tank to come out of the box, rather than trying to lift it out as I had the first time..It was also rather frustrating to have to scan a code in order to follow video instructions for the set up. That's where is became confusing because my filter pipe sections didn't match what she was using...not exactly, so it was a bit puzzling to figure out which section matched what she was picking up...also some pieces of mine had already been put together where she was putting them together piece by piece and that made it harder to follow. I had to adjust the video speed to .25 speed in order to understand what she was saying and slowing down her movements enough to see what she was doing. Normal speed had her hands moving so fast that you couldn't see the individual actions she was taking. Videos can be helpful to fill out info on assembly info, but this one, without ANY paper illustrations or anything on the sales page itself wasn't a good plan. It definitely needs improvement.Bottom line, ... the tank is attractive but has significant features that need improving to make it a value worth the price they are charging. The five gallon, solid glass aquariums on either side of this tank are only $30 more in cost and are a much better value with better features...and are glass to boot. I wouldn't suggest buying this one at this time and especially would not suggest this for someone who has little experience setting up a new aquarium.

Worked great for a month
This little aquarium was great for the first month and a half but just started leaking. We had gotten a new filter for it because the pressure was a bit much in the original filter but other than that we were very happy with it. Unfortunately we are past the return date so we have to go buy a whole new aquarium for our son’s little fish.Edit: I still think this is a great buy - just have some silicone sealant on hand just in case. For the price, it’s a good starter tank and with a few little upgrades, it could last for a long time. I’m planning to use this one as my hospital tank for sick fish that need to be medicated. We got some sealant so the tank will not go to waste!

Works but not as advertised
Not great output of water is extremely high and no way to slow it down as it says lid also came broken its only being used as hospital tank so its functioning

Easy to set up
The tank is so easy to set up. The current is really fast. My suggestion would be to add a screen of some sort to allow less air to flow out. I have a beta who hangs out up top away from the flow and small tetras that enjoy the fast current. So far I am enjoying this on my desk at work.

Cute but Completely Impractical—Killed All My Fish
I was initially drawn to this fish tank because of its cute design, but unfortunately, it's completely impractical. You can't put your hand inside to decorate or arrange plants because the filter and pump are in the way and can't be removed. The biggest issue, though, is the pump—it’s way too strong. Within a day or two, all my fish died. The pump sucked them in, and they couldn’t escape. On top of that, the water flow from the filter was so powerful that my fish struggled to swim.I'm extremely disappointed and had to return the tank. I would not recommend this to anyone who wants to keep their fish safe and happy.
