Embalagem inadequada - Produto amassado
Produto foi enfiado forçadamente em uma caixa inadequada, chegou torcido e amassado, por sorte as folhas de papel chegaram intactas, mérito da Canon pela proteção interna da embalagem. Para um produto Pro e Premium com um custo elevado, o mínimo que se espera é que seja acondicionado de forma adequada para transporte pelo vendedor e que o produto seja entregue em boas condições, o que não foi o caso aqui.
