Convenience in a Single Capsule (or two)
I’ve taken plenty of vitamins and supplements over the years, Blueprint’s Essential Capsules reallystand out. They don’t feel like just another multivitamin — they’re clearly built with a focus on longevity. What I’ve noticed is how much ground they cover in just two capsules a day: support for energy, metabolism, immune resilience, brain health, even protection at the cellular level. Instead of sorting through a handful of different pills, I now get all of that in one simple step. It’s not about a quick fix but about giving my body what it needs to age better — to recover, to slow the wear and tear, and to keep my daily health on track. It’s become an easy part of my routine, and one I actually look forward to.

The real deal!!
Two days in and I was already feeling the consistent energy throughout the day. Even when I’m not getting the sleep I should be. Went through the first bottle and I’ll be daily driving Blueprint Essentials as my main with thier Protein Powder as well.

Trust the Blueprint (Even If I’m Not Tracking Everything)
I’ve been using the Bryan Johnson Essential Capsules for a little while now, and they may be working — I feel good, at least. Hard to measure the exact impact, but I’ll admit I’m not exactly logging my nighttime erections like Bryan does in his Blueprint reports. For me, it’s more about feeling steady, healthy, and like I’m covering my bases with the basics.

Do I Need to Use This With Other BluePrint Products?
I have been using Blueprint products, and I do feel better. However, all the testing of these products was done on Bryan, not you or me. And I do have a problem with the fact that some of the products such as this, contain specific dosages and are to be used in conjunction with other Blueprint products. The problem is that sometimes some of the Blueprint products that are designed to work together are no longer in inventory. This has caused me to use this product without the matching product. What I have done is used this specific product minus the other matching product (because I was unable to buy) along with third party products that were not designed to be a part of the matching set. This can create chemical imbalances. My suggestion is that if Blueprint designs products that should be used together, that all such products should be kept in inventory. I only gave 3 stars on something that should deserve 5 stars when sold with strongly aligned products.

Great product, I can notice when I haven't taken it.

Beneficial, quantity of each ingredient listed
I already take some of the supplements listed in other Blueprint products, I only already took rhodiola rosea from the bottom half of ingredients on this one. Found someone reviewing his supplements & they said the others were about break even if they bought all the supplements alone, but this one would have costed them more if they tried to take these on their own. With that, I looked up some of the ingredients & after doing so decided to give it a try. I’m feeling pretty good about this one as an addition in my supplement regimen. I think it’s always good to look into things yourself rather than just taking people’s word for it. $60/month is a decent amount to spend on a supplement so I’d suggest researching it yourself, then see if it’s something you’d want to do/can afford. I like that it has the quantity of each ingredient listed.

Worth the price
Even when misses the mark still can see 3rd party test results. How many othe supplements are actually what they say they are...
