Great Power Station!
I’ve been using the Jackery Explorer 240 v2 for a while now and it has exceeded my expectations. Super lightweight and easy to carry, perfect for camping, outdoor events, and emergency backup at home. Charges quickly and holds power really well. I’ve used it to run lights, charge phones, cameras, and even a small fan with no issues. The display is super helpful and everything feels well-made and durable. If you’re looking for a dependable power station, this is it. Highly recommend!

Greatest product ever made by the greatest company ever built
Okay, I will start out by saying I am a U.S Service-member with over twenty years of Honorable service. With that being said I’ve done multiple tours to almost every desert in the Middle East, tours in tropical environments, tours in some pretty secluded off grid undisclosed locations. I only put this out there because I’ve had the pleasure of being a Jackery customer for years and years and the Jackery 240 portable power station, , the Jackery Solar Saga 60w tri-fold panels, and the small Jackery portable chargers were compact and lightweight enough to fit into my pack with ease and leave me room for the other essentials. Imagine being in the middle of nowhere and have a weeks worth of power at your fingertips for recharges, lights, portable fans, small burner for coffee and cooking. Then being able to say it never failed you, always recharged quickly, and has been through the worlds harshest conditions and environments, yet functions like the day you pulled it out of the box. So this began my Jackery passion. Which led me to purchase the Jackery 500. Everything I’ve said above applies to the 500 ten fold folks. Being Military my pay isn’t great so I’ve had to accumulate these items over the course of years, however never have I had to justify spending the money to my wife, as long as I said the word Jackery. Because she’s used the items as well here at home guard. My son plays Football and daughter plays soccer in the Nevada desert just miles away from where the annual Burning Man event is held. Hot dry desert climate, no trees for shade, just direct unrelenting heat. This genius woman, the love of my life used our Jackery Portable power stations to run dual fans, and a small refrigerated trucker cooler during daytime practices in a pop up sunshade tent, all neatly placed in one of those little soccer mom wheeled totes, and a folding low loveseat chair. Talk about super mom, with lots of friends who also wanted to stay cool. Then when night fell and the kids weren’t finished with practice, my lovely wife handed over the Jackery 500 to the coaches who then plugged LED lights into it and lit up the field for the kids giving us an extra hour or two to practice without the heat. This convinced her to give me permission to buy the SolarSaga 100w panels. Money was tight but she gave me the go ahead and we’ve never looked back and haven’t got an ounce of regret or buyers remorse for a single product. But this review is neither for the the Jackery 240, the Jackery 500, the SolarSaga 100w or 60w panels. It’s not even for the Jackery portable chargers. This review is to let you know, the day the Jackery 1000w Portable Power Station became available we did not hesitate for a second to buy it. With the stories we heard from friends about California and Washington power outages, the Covid-19 Pandemic, and any one of the many RV trips we take into Gods country to get away from it all for a few weeks, we both agreed this was the best thing for our family. Why use heavy loud generators, carry fuel, deal with all that monotonous nonsense, when you could literally live off the Jackery Families products. I say Family because over the years I’ve had multiple email contacts and numerous phone calls with them, and every interaction was amazing. Courteous, professional, and the products are literally second to none. The Jackery 1000 is my newest addition and there’s nothing I can say about it that the 240 or 500 don’t already represent. Twice the power, twice the life, multiple solar panel options, can recharge through car, wall, or good ol sunshine. I could get technical and go down the path as some of these reviewers do, but you anyone can read the box. I can sum everything the box says by just telling you that these products, put out by this amazing company, can enhance anyone’s life, save somebodies life, and will probably last your the rest of yours. It’s a no brainer for us. I’ve purchased every product so far with a smile knowing its perfect and the people handing it to me care enough to treat you as if you were family.

Jackery Explorer 240 Power Station
This is my six month review of the Jackery Explorer 240 Power Station. In this review I’ll talk about why I purchased the product, what I liked and what I didn’t. Firstly, I got the Jackery for the Pure Sine-Wave inverter. I work remotely sometimes, and wanted something that it would be safe to use with my laptop and other electronics if I was away from a power outlet. Second Jackery has a 24 month warranty that I haven’t used, but it is better than any other brand I have found. Third the 240 Explorer is much lighter than the comparable Goal Zero. I feel like this is very portable, and not too much to take on a picnic. I would not take this backpacking, but if you needed power badly you could throw it in a bike bag for an adventure. And lastly, the price was great for the size of the power bank. I expect something like this to work flawlessly and as advertised, and it didn’t disappoint. The Jackery has exceeded my expectations so far. I usually use it while working outside on my computer or charging my phone. I have taken this car camping and I have grown to depend on it. The back-lit display is easy to read and shows how much power is left, how much is being used and the rate of charging. I feel like if anything they undersell how well this works. I have not tried the solar capabilities of this yet, but maybe soon. I also really like how you can select different outlets of the Jackery to turn on. I did forget to turn it on once and my phone didn’t charge, now I double check. It seems like a great safety feature. I only have a few criticisms, and they are more of gripes that would be solved in a perfect world. 1. It would be nice to have a cover for the 12v cigarette lighter port. 2. It takes a long time to charge. Well, it takes much longer to use the power. Lol Overall, I consider this a great investment that is well worth the money.

Great purchase! Would buy again!
One of the best purchases I have ever made! I have had it a significant amount of time and have used it often! Perfect size. My son has even taken it on multiple hunting trips. Very durable.

I was a bit reluctant to get this battery due to the fact that I knew Resmed charges $1200 for their AirSense 10 battery, so I wasn't sure whether this unit would do a comparable job, given it is a fraction of the cost. I got the Explorer 240 in hopes that it will provide sufficient power to my CPAP Airsense 10 (no humification, no heated tube) for 2 nights camping with the family recently. I have bad sleep apnea so I have needed regular CPAP for over 12 years now. The last couple of times camping without it have resulted in very poor sleep for me and annoyance for my family with the incessant snoring. My kids did not really look forward to a repeat performance, so I thought I would try to mitigate the eventual complaining by picking up the Jackery battery. It was really through online reviews that purchasing this product became compelling. It was received quickly by Canada Post and packaged very professionally and it was delivered to me a day or so before my camping trip. I charged the Jackery up the night before and then took it with me. I didn't buy the solar panels and while I should have tried it at home first, I didn't (didn't have time). The good news is once it was bedtime the first night in our tent I was able to easily figure out how to work it. I like the fact that the AC outlet I have to manually turn on - it's not on default and won't leak out power unnecessarily. I was pleased to start my CPAP machine and saw it is working. I do like the fact that it shows both the power input and output, so it gives the user a reasonable idea of what to expect for output, given a certain power draw that one can see. I was even more pleased to see after the first night of 6-7 hours of sleep, my Jackery battery showed remaining life of 69%! Which gave me hope it would last one more night. By the second night it was still at 69% when I went to bed, and I slept about 6-7 hours again and awoke with the Jackery at 33%. I am not sure if it would have powered a third night but I was happy it powered up my CPAP completely during my trip which was the goal. There were no interruptions of power delivery to my CPAP on either night. I was able to use another remaining 11% to power up all the kids and my cell phone the next day before we left and still had power to spare. All in all, this is an impressive product. Great design, easy to use, light weight and even the packaging was nicely put together with little space to spare but everything was neat and tidy. Liked the manual and the included stickers too. After this experience, I am certainly bullish on Jackery products and it's funny because when I went to Costco the Friday that I was leaving for camping, I saw they were selling Jackery 880W Explorers. I was very tempted to buy one, but wanted to see the 240W in action first. I will no doubt be buying another Jackery, knowing how reliable it is, and it more than exceeded my expectations. When I came home I went to register the product with Jackery to receive an additional year of warranty. It is too bad that the $200.00 off they give as a result can only be spent in the US and only for orders over $1200. But overall I am very pleased at this product and would recommend it without hesitation for anyone needing a way to power up their CPAP while camping. Obviously if one is using humidification or a heated tube, the power draw would be much more and it would be hard to say what you would get in one or two nights. Certainly buying a higher wattage Jackery would mitigate that, but for what I got for what I paid, I am very delighted.

This is great for camping! I have a resmed cpap machine and I calculated that I could just barely power the machine for the 3 nights we camped with this model. We were able to charge it up with the car AC adapter while we drove to things, and so had enough juice to charge our phones as well. Adding this to our home emergency kit and have been looking at getting the solar panel accessories. We also use the same model in my community theatre to power moving set pieces, such as lights on Cinderella's carriage, or when using corded tools in strange spaces without power. Small, easy to charge, and a variety of plug-in options.

*writing from Canada - Bought lowest power option as I am primarily using for laptop/cellphones/lights I come from a background of just using powerbanks for phone chargers, but really hated how they take hours and hours to charge, or die off when it drops below freezing. I seeked out Jackery simply because it was mentioned over and over again in car camping/campervan conversion forums as the #1 go to. Things I like: 1. Durable quality parts - It feels high quality, not cheap. It's much lighter then I thought, the grab handle is awesome and kudos for adding a rubberized bottom for grip so it doesn't fall over, very smart. 2. Resists cold - I've used this in -18 celcius (0 Fahrenheit) and the charge does not remotely get affected, doesn't deviate at all. Most powerbanks lose charge fast at those temperatures, not this one! 3. Charges fast! - Connected it to my car lighter adapter, and it charges surprisingly fast, I can get about 10-20%back just driving an hour or so easy, and that's when its also charging my phone. Haven't charged it by outlet since opening because it just re-charges so fast, ive had no need, and I'm never worried on road trips. 4. Charges devices fast - I don't know the tech specs, but it feels like i'm plugging my phone and laptop into a wall outlet, lightyears faster then using a powerbank. Things that I did not like: 1. The cigarette outlet on the battery does not come with a cover, so you have a big empty hole that is exposed to dirty, dust, etc... Not a huge deal, I just put some paper towels in there to stuff the whole when not in use. Buy this!

It works great. Powers my networking gear beautifully. Has a few hidden features that might lead to frustration and calling customer service like I did today. 1. If you find it showing as outputting 120v at 50hz, that's ok. Just hold the AC button down a while and it will switch back to 60hz. It will show in the upper right of display and in the app. Just check every use. 2. If you want to disable the wifi and Bluetooth connections press and hold the USB andAC buttons at the same time and hold a moment till the icons go off. Do the same to turn back on. Aside from that it's been great. Can charge off solar (with the barrel to usb-c adapter) or even a battery bank that output a pd usb connection. Great small device power supply.

Read several reviews indicating the device can run a CPAP for 2 nights but not in my first attempt. The device is small and compact and appears good quality. It is user friendly with and LCD display indicating battery charge using bars and %. I rec’d this this week and fully charged it and used it the same night with a Resmed 11 CPAP. Went to sleep around 11 pm and awakened 06:15 with 3 percent remaining. Im suspect a persons respiratory rate may affect the pump and cause it to work harder and drain a little more battery if you have a higher rate then other but it shouldn’t be dramatic. I hope this helps anyone else looking to purchase this for any reason. Follow up: I have used my Jackery on my CPAP again but turned off the Humidification and tube warmer and just used it dry. After 7 hrs and waking in the am I checked the charge on my Jackery and it was at 74% (only used 26% of the charge). my guess is the other CPAP features use much more power. So if you need to get a few nights out of it you can get by if using it without those other features.
