Great suitcase and arrived fast

Very good wine travel suitcase, works at advertised, recently used to carry 5 bottles of wine/spirits. All bottles arrived unharmed. Smooth rollability - very good quality materials. Highly recommended.

I filled one side with wine bottles and the other with my jammies, and took the case on a trip that involved four airplane flights in total. The gorillas in the baggage area did their best but were unable to break the bottles, so I would call this a successful experiment. The case performed exactly as I hoped it would. One minorly troubling thing is the amount of dings and scuffs that appear from only a single trip. The handle mounts are plastic and already show wear, but the damage appears to be only cosmetic -- the mounts are still solid and firmly attached. Understand that the manufacturer must strike a balance between durable construction and lightweight material, so expect the bag to look very well-traveled even after just one trip. Personally, I don't care about appearance. I bought the case for function, not form, and thus far it has functioned perfectly. Protip: While the case has won my confidence and I do not expect any bottles to break during my travels, one should always prepare for the worst. I recommend buying extra-large Ziploc bags (you can easily get ones that are as large as this case) and packing your clothing inside them. The bottle compartment is separated from the clothing compartment by two zippered flaps and two foam inserts, which provide cushioning against shock but are not a liquid barrier. Should the gorillas manage to break a bottle, your clothes are going to get wine-soaked.
