Lavazza is world class coffee, highly rated everywhere. However, 5 pods were completely useless, they were smashed and misshapen and the machine wasn't able to push water through the pod. Waste of money. So expensive. And for what

Coffee flavpur was nice, like a medium roast, but the product was not packed or stored properly and some of the capsules were pressed inside, only noticed after opening and already using a capsule, so about 3 capsules are useless because they are not fitting in the machine now as they have been pressed badly in a few spots, if had seen that earlier would have requested a change, but late now.. next time will be more careful

Very poor quality. Despite the packs being properly formed, the pods inside were badly damaged. More than 50 % of the pods were unusable. My coffee machine - Nespresso - handles all Starbucks, Blue Tokai , Davidoff and Nespresso pods without any problem, but the damage on these Lavazza pods was unmanageable. Buyers should be careful before ordering these pods.
