المكيف ما يبرد الغرفة، بس يبرد المكان الي توجهه عليه مباشرة، لأنه يسحب هوا حار من خارج الغرفة باستمرار. هذا هو عيب المكيفات بخرطوم واحد. في نوعية أخرى لها خرطومين هي أفضل من ناحية تبريد الغرفة.
