Super sweet heat baffle for my UDS. You won’t be disappointed. The first one I bought said it was stainless steel in the description. Wasn’t. No problem returning and getting the stainless steel one. Make sure it says stainless in the listing title.

Works perfect to prevent flair up. I highly recommend this for your kettle grill. Makes browning and crisping up chicken skin a breeze without gambling with flare up and burning. Pair this with a ThermoPen One and you will have to try really really hard to make dry tough grilled chicken. Works excellent for bacon wrapped appetizers Now I prefer my burgers to be flame touched, but if you don’t, use this for burgers as well. I do find it easier to clean right after use, use a little Bar Keepers Friend and it will shine up like new. Whether a learning rookie or a seasoned veteran, you will enjoy cooking with this.

I purchased this product to gain full use of my Weber kettle cooking surface this product worked perfectly would advise anyone with a kettle to purchase this item if you like to smoke.

This Fire Dial baffle fit my Weber kettle and my UDS perfectly, and did well to mitigate the heat source when cooking over direct heat. I do wish that there were more holes, as there appear to be areas on the grill that did not get as much smoke on the meat as others. Very happy with the purchase.

This is a great product and an extremely reasonable price. All the other products which do something similar or twice the price of this thing and I don't see that they would be made any better. What this allows you to do is fill up the entire bottom of your Weber Kettle's Charcoal Grate with Charcoal, pour lit Charcoal from your Charcoal Chimneys (I use 2) on top wait a few minutes for all your Charcoal to light before putting the Fire 🔥 Dial over it. Then you have the entire surface of your Cooking Grate usable instead of one side or down the middle. My Weber kettle held a level 350° for more than 6 hours without fluctuating one degree using the fire dial amazing. Still had plenty of charcoal for next time when I shut the grill down. Slow & Sear allows you to cook on one side of your Grate Weber's Charcoal Baskets allow you to cook down the middle of your Cooking Grate but this allows you to cook anywhere on the Cooking Grate using the entire surface. A truly great product much cheaper than the two I mentioned.

After comparing the Hunsaker Vortex and this FireDial heat diffuser I ended up choosing the FireDial as it would arrive sooner.It fit perfectly on the bottom level of the WSM and essentially replaces the water bowl. Smoked a turkey and it helped maintain the temperature of the smoker. Well built and the stainless steel is easy to clean.

It has totally changed the use of my drum smoker. Regulates the heat, which was an issue before. Love it

Good replacement for the water dish. Good price too, has held up well so far.
