Cheap annual plan with lightening fast data, great call quality, and amazing customer care.
So far, so great! I had my husband's annual service up and running within 45 minutes and that included several stupid mistakes that I made when activating (nothing to do with the company, just I have a brain injury so I made mistakes: ie: forgot to click that I was porting a number in, etc.). I had to call Infimobile to help me finish the activation process and that couldn't have gone smoother. Jack, the customer care representative I dealt, was so patient, well informed, diligent, smart, kind, and delightful! What a breath of fresh air the customer care was compared with the care offered by other inexpensive annual plan providers (including Boost, Redpocket, Total Wireless and Cricket). Most importantly, the actual cellular data service thus far is excellent! Lightening fast 5G (with a Infimobile's supplied Verizon SIM card), wow...and actual phone connection is quick and clear. I am going to leave Redpocket at the end of my plan and switch to Infimobile cause this is just an absurdly amazing plan for the price (I think it comes to something like 12 bucks a month for 15 gigs of data and unlimited talk and text)! I was expecting non-existent customer care for that price but then Jack was a prince among customer care reps! One awesome offer I saw when signing up is a $5 per month add-on for international calling (my husband is from UK and has elderly parents who aren't web-savvy so this is awesome and we might add it). When everything is so unstable and unpleasant lately (US keeps bombing countries left and right and then protecting crazed genocidal maniacs), the little things (like humane, excellent customer care) help make life a little more inhabitable. Thanks so much, Jack and Infimobile.

Not worth the low cost
My cellular reception with their Verizon plan has been very poor, constantly losing signal and not being able to make and receive calls or use data. Even when i can make or receive calls, the call quality is extremely poor. I contacted infimobile support and on phone with them for 35 minutes yesterday, and they could not figure out what to do and told me they were going to contact Verizon and get back to me. Callback within 12 hours never happened. My iPhone is new and still in warranty, previously purchased from Verizon. I never had these issues when with Verizon or MVNO US Mobile's Verizon plan, as there is excellent Verizon coverage in my area. Yes the price is very cheap, yet if you want to be able to make and receive phone calls and use cellular data, it will be hit or miss.

Disappointing uses Verizon and only got 1 bar where I live -- But the Price is Great!
okay, this totally depends on where you are located. But where I am the coverage of Verizon is not very good. All I can say is test carefully.... when I was in range of Verizon, Infiniband worked fine and the price is excellent, it looks to be cheaper than the alternatives that I found. However, I switched to a service that can use either AT&T or T-Mobile, it will switch automatically between them, which is a much better option. Especially where I live T-Mobile has great coverage.

Initial porting over of phone number took some effort, but working great now
This is my second plan with Infimobile. It took a little effort to get my number ported over from Spectrum mobile. But I was able to easily get a support person on the phone and digitally. So was able to navigate that without too much trouble. Do not cancel your old plan before getting your old number ported over. This new plan has been working great for the last couple months.

Difficult to port-in phone number with them
Very difficult to port-in my number with them. They don't know how to do it. Took me 6 days back and forth with them. They just blame the other party not releasing the number. But actually it's Infimobile unable to submit transfer form correctly. Most of their support team just told customer to wait or contact the other phone company rather than doing actual support work. Alex is the guy finally did the port-in successfully.

So far Infimobile is as good as any other MVNO that I've used, but for a better price!
I bought one of these plans for both my wife & I. I like that I can buy a year of service up-front & not have to worry about monthly charges or switching carriers due to price hikes for a long period of time. That being said, I found that I needed to change service from their T-mobile-based network to their Verizon-based one due to signal limitations that I experienced in some of the locations that normally travel in. So far on the Verizon network, for me, the amount of data has been more than sufficient for my needs, the signal/call/data quality has been adequate, & the price that I paid couldn't be beat at the time of purchase(I think it's gone up some now unfortunately)! Activation was pretty easy & quick as well. I don't really see any difference in quality between Infimobile service & any other MVNO that I've used in the past. I will buy again, especially if the price is comparably-good, when I need to extend my service....UPDATE...I DID extend my service for another year at the same low price! The only downside(s) so far that I can see is that you have to pay $5/month to use only 5GB of your mobile data via hotspot....I think it's wrong to make you pay to use any of your already-paid-for data in another way(hotspot), especially if they limit it to only 5GB/month.

DO NOT BUY THIS!
If I could give this negative stars Or less than 1 I would... Don't waste your time or increase your stress levels because this is complete garbage and it does not work. I NEVER was able to activate my phone with this crap and then they are bugging me to continue my service. I never had your service in the first place!! I didn't have the time or the breath to waste trying to get a refund or trying to get their service running on my phone... I don't want or need the money back. I just want to tell other people not to waste theirs on this garbage.

Good experinec and service but occasional hic-ups
Was skeptical about this service when I purchased. But surprisingly the sign up, activation and number port in went very well without any issues. The signal, call quality and internet connection etc. are also good. Mys service area has good signal for Verizon and this service Verizon towers. With that said, I have experienced occasional hic ups such as call drops, call straight going to answering machine etc. without any ring etc. These issues most times resolves by itself. Overall good reliable service and price is great. Have not experienced porting out from yet. Hope that will go fine if I decide to port out after a year.
