Knee replacement physical therapy
My pt had me using this at my appointments to stretch the back of my knees. It really stretches it out! I have it on my coffee table and sit on the couch with my feet up several times a day. Will also use after surgery.

True to the Amazon description
This high density foam roller is exactly what I was looking for. I needed a half roller for rehab after knee surgery and this is perfect for the calf stretches recommended by my physio therapist. The length is large enough to comfortably stretch and yet small enough to pack or store away easily. I highly recommend it for hamstring and calf stretching. It appears to be well made and functions as described on Amazon.
