Does it handle 220v -240v?

To the best of my knowledge that is the normal electricity supply in the UK.

My chain keeps coming off, are there any guides in how to fix this?

There is some instructions on tensioning chain on the inside of the covers but you will need to retention after a few uses as all chain saws work loose and just keep maintaining also contact wolf creek for their instructions on maintaining
