This is a good deal for the amount of pills you get. It isn't loaded with too many active cultures so you can start off with 1 and not get stomach cramps like the ones with billions of cultures.

I shop mainly by specs and unit price
OTC medicine or supplements like this Probiotic are impossible to evaluate because you have nothing to judge them against other than is your body is doing what they are supposed to help with. In this case, I think it is. What I look for when buying a supplement is it certified, the strength, the manufactures reputation, but principally, the unit price. Frequently advertised name brands are no better than the far less expensive generic brands. I would not have purchased this product if it did not offer good "band for the buck".

Son pastillas pequeñas faciles de tragar, que después de una semana que e consumido me han funcionado muy bien, no e tenido problemas de inflamación de estómago, tampoco e tenido problemas para defecar, ya me diagnosticaron Colitis y de Síndrome de Intestino Irritable. Al igual para un mejor funcionamiento de las pastillas cuido mi alimentación y procuro hacer ejercicio como caminar media hora.
