Great roller rotary for my Longer laser. I initially bought a 3 jaw chuck rotary for engraving what was mainly to be tumblers and water bottles. The three jaw chuck does have a few advantages on some types of work but I found it to be tedious when doing tumblers and water bottles. Instead of trying to align the work piece and keep it centered with the jaws, I simply lay it on the rollers do a preview to ensure it's properly seated in the rollers and start to engrave. I found the jaws to be inefficient and time consuming to properly align especially if a tumbler opening had any slope in the opening, they frequently would wobble off center. The roller is simple, aligns easily and accurate, it's a great choice and I'd recommend it.

Works perfectly right out of the box! Just unplug the X axis cord and plug it into the Longer Laser Engraver Rotary Roller. I use it to engrave Bracelets with an roller aid I made. I have a Longer laser so it was a no brainer. I got this rotory unit on a flash sale so it was a great deal. I would have paid full price anyway.

Great product

I ordered it do to some crafts and halloween stuffs. Item deliverired quickly. It took me about 20 minutes to assemble. After 20 minutes, bad thing just came. The power cord was losen and cable did not connect to the power cord. Contact to customer service and they said they would send me replace one immediately. But after 2 weeks, there was nothing happen and i had not received. Contacted again and they sent me after 10 days. I would give 5 stars if i could get it sooner. The laser does good job. Touch screen is just ok. Not big screen so don't expect too much. Especially if you want to connect your wifi and type your passwords, not good at all.

So far so good. I have never engraved before, it was easy to figure out assembly with instructions provided. I'm using the FREE LaserGRBL software and inkscape for the designs. That's a bit of learning curve but with YouTube university it's easy to learn. I've made a few keychains and plan on expanding my abilities slowly. Highly recommend would almost suggest getting the 10w to cut through thicker materials. It does .13" fine with 1 pass but would like to do .25". Had it assembled and engraving the 1st day so that's a plus.

I like some of it and not some. The rollers are nice and smooth and with the additional roller guides it helps. But if youre off alignment any little bit it will roll crookedly. Also..the main issue with this is that if you use a flute or glass cup thats not straight, or if it has curvature, when its on the rollers the glasses can roll improperly (for lasering accurately) and cause some wobble. Im still trying my best to like this..but i might need to return it because of inconsistency to my laser projects. Really wanted to love this. I would say if you have straight cups or cylinders, than this would work great. But if you need precision you might need a type of rotary chuck holder instead.

I had problems with the screen. I contacted Longer and they gave me instructions to try to fix it. I guess I received a dudd. They were very kind and helpful throughout the whole ordeal. Constant contact with me. After all the testing and emails and pictures and videos they sent me another screen. And it worked. That's why I'm giving it 5 stars. They were so helpful I can't complain. Thank you Longer!!!🙏🏼🥰 I had another problem with my Longer Ray5 20w but it was my fault. I didn't realize I was able to change the language on the instructions and by mistake I erased everything on the box. The Longer team have been very gracious with me and helping me through this whole ordeal. They've been very kind and continue to be patient, respectful and kind with me. Alles perfekt. Brauchte nur etwas einarbeitezeit für die Einstellungen bei Lightburn.

Habe gerade mit dem gravieren angefangen und habe mich für ein billiges Modell entscheiden. Anfangs war ich ein bisschen enttäuscht da ich keine runden kreise anfertigen hab können jedoch nach einigen Einstellungen und probieren funktioniert das nun ganz gut. Wenn man Sachen ausschneiden will sollte man sich auf jeden Fall einen stärkeren Laser als 5w holen funktioniert so auch aber man braucht 3-4 Durchgänge. Im großen und ganzen ist es jedoch eine tolle Maschine für Einsteiger wie mich. Kann man auf jeden Fall machen für den preis.

Tolles Produkt.

Ich bin fasziniert. Das Wichtigste zuerst! Nicht in einem Raum mit einem Rauchmelder anfangen. Dann zum Produkt. Installation sehr einfach. die Schrauben sind schon nummeriert. Einfach der Dummy-Anleitung folgen und in ein paar Minuten ist es fertig. Die SD-Karten beinhalten die Bedienungsanleitung und Software zum Laser. Sorgfältig lesen und das Programm starten. Dann den Laser mit der Connect-Taste über einen beliebigen COM-Anschluss verbinden und ein Bild auswählen und schon kann es losgehen. Brille aufsetzen In ein paar Sekunden ist mein Beispielbuchstabe F fertig. Das ist das tollste Geschenk für mich. Was mir noch fehlt, ist eine Tabelle mit den Abmessungen.

Für hobbyzwecke und zum Einstieg reicht er allemal aus. es dauert bei größeren Laserdatein länger, aber daher ja nur die 5 W
