Love the blender! It is the only reasonably priced blender that actually will make frozen smoothies, easily! No need to turn it on and off, no need to keep stirring, it just does it easily! Their customer service is really the best though! The mushroom head piece broke 6 months after I bought it. I reached out to customer service. I had a response within 24 hours, they were going to check warranty but also offered other options if the warranty did not cover it, and I had a resolution within 48 hours of original contact! I was impressed and appreciated it

The blender works great. It works great for simple blends or to even make shaved ice for drinks. Its definitely more durable than other blenders we have used in the past. We had an issue with the large cup leaking after months of use and customer service was able to respond and replace it quickly, which meant a lot for us and showed they cared about the producs functionality and reliability.

Horrible... I was really hoping to like this blender and grinder combo...and stupidly I sold my old ones thinking this was going to be amazing🤦 do not waste your money!! It will barely blend cooked pumpkin to make puree, don't even attempt to make a milkshake or smoothie it will seize up and not do so.. be prepared to have to stop every few seconds because it will start to smoke and you don't want it to catch fire...and no I'm stuck with it because I've used it, threw the box away and live in the middle of no where so the closes way to return it is an hour away🤦 so I guess it's back to saving money so I can replace the ones I threw away🥴 Edit: they sent a newer, better one..I have yet to use it but let's hope it's better than the last one.

I had this for about 6 months and it the engine stopped working. I contacted them and within a couple of weeks I received my replacement! Great company, very good customer service as well! Thanks !

I bought this blender as a Christmas gift for my best friend. Mind you I bought it in October because they had a bang and deal. Come Christmas we opened the blender and the smaller one that she was most interested in because of her smoothies was missing a gasket. The little rubber piece at the top of the lid that keeps everything from gushing out. I was a little nervous, but I reached out to the company and let them know what happened. They quickly went into action, sending me to all the proper spots and now the gasket is on the way here. Their customer service is quick and precise. They keep you informed as to how things are going and even sent a tracking number. The bigger blender container still has the gasket and we were able to use it and we’ve used it for everything from getting stuff ready for a party to just making salsa. Thank you, Prasky for really stepping out there.

Being using this for more than a year now no issues at all. Stops when engine gets too hot but works well again after cooling down
