The monitor was securely packaged and arrive in great shape. I was impressed at its build and quality. The hinges (3 for this size) are just the right tension for opening, closing and positioning the screens. I bought this because I work from home and when I travel I can't just use my laptop screen. I use it to extend my main screen so I haven't used it yet for anything other than that but since it does so well with that function, I'm sure it will do its job well. I use this with both Mac and Windows systems. The screen itself presents a clear and beautiful picture. I love the size! It would not be something that I would use for my photography editing but that's not the reason I bought it. It would be great for watching videos but, again, that is not why I bought it. I have it mounted via VESA on an arm when at home and I purchased the sleeve for travel. I think that I might use that sleeve for storage but buy one with a strap for traveling with it. It has some heft to it, not enough to discourage me using it but enough to make me comfortable that it is of great build quality. It is not cheap plastic by any means. I find the plug-n-play works as intended and once I configured it as instructed, it was quite easy to get up and going both at home and on the road. After having used it often and in a number of different situations; I would be comfortable saying that if you happen to have one that doesn't function as you expected, then it's a one-off and not the norm. This thing is fantastic and I would buy it again. Everyone who sees it makes a comment about how nice it looks.

I travel a lot for work, laptop screen is not enough in some situations. When you are on the road with a laptop, this product helps me a lot to get my work and meetings done. For online meeting and executing demo sessions it is very beneficial to have multiple windows to manage the sessions. I can use one monitor for the meeting, I can have the notes on another monitor and also use the other monitor for other activities such as browsing/messaging/researching without losing sight of the meeting session. It fits into my laptop backpack together with the laptop, that is a big convenience when I am on the road. It supports both HDMI and Type-C connections and the cables are included. I do not have to use both monitors is space is a problem. I can simply fold it and use one monitor. In fact, they have different ports for both interfaces if you just want to use the upper monitor. Power cable is recommended for best performance but it is not required. That is also very helpful if I don't have enough power outlets available when I am traveling. I love that they provide many options on how you want the monitors to be used. Copy option is available if you would like to share the monitors for a big audience when they are with you. I can also make both of them independent, providing me 3 monitors (laptop, upper monitor, lower monitor) I can make two monitors as one giving me a much larger space to work on. Lastly, you can use two different sources for the two monitors. And all these options are easy to change with the click of a button on the side. The quality and the resolution is excellent. Even the sound option is available giving you another choice for audio.

Right out of the box this monitor feels very sturdy. It is of high build quality and made of metal unlike other monitors which are usually cheap plastic. It has three hinges where most monitors have two. There is no big brand logo on the bezels, that's why I loved my last (and current) monitor from this brand. It has a very clean look! The large screens give you tons of work space, which is perfect for anything from video editing to programming to playing games. If you are looking for a high-quality and sturdy monitor, this one is for you. I love that it can rotate 360 degrees, giving me tons of layout options. You can use one screen, or both. you can clone your screen or use the extend mode to have one large stacked screen, or even use them as two separate monitors. The screens are huge (18.5 inches!), even bigger than my laptop, but it still fits in my backpack. I've been carrying it every day in my bag, and it has now replaced the other UPERFECT monitor I had before (which was also great, but this one is next level!) Knowing that I have the extra screen space to work wherever I want is great. I was surprised how strong and seamless the integrated stand is. It's super thin, yet easily holds up the weight of the top screen in any configuration you'd like. The rubber feet on the bottom keep it from sliding, and it feels strong so I'm not worried about it falling. There are plenty of cables included (4!) with the monitor to make sure you can connect any way you like. The best part is you don't need to download any software or special drivers, the monitor just works out of the box! I have an MacBook, and I was surprised how seamless the setup was. Literally just plug in the cable and boom, it works. It's plenty bright, has color correction options and has a great refresh rate of 100hz. Changing between modes is super easy. All you have to do is click the lower button and a menu will come up with the four connection options. To cycle through them, just use the scroll lever on the side. The same scroll lever can be used to adjust volume, brightness, color, and so many other settings. I like that there is just one button and lever for each screen that do everything! I've also reached out to customer service for support and questions and they have always been super helpful and quick in their responses. When I had a problem with different monitor, they immediately sent me a new one and even an extra cable so I could connect my phone to it! I would absolutely recommend getting your monitor from them. This dual delta monitor from UPERFECT is without a doubt the highest quality dual monitor on Amazon!

Good double monitor, the only thing about this that I don't like is that the stand does not work for portrait position, good image, decent lighting, good colors

1 year and started to breakdown. Below screen doesn’t work fully - only half of it.

The customer service was absolutely excellent. The representative was incredibly patient, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our communication.
