I'm a BMW guys, got 3 daily cars which are all BMW's. The M4 isn't one I own, but can appeal that M4's are one of those that I wouldn't want to buy, but okay to have a replica to look at and practice getting used to the big pig-nose grill design. Nah, so far no good. It's been 4 months and this car still hasn't grown on me. So I hand it off to my 4-year old toddler son and he goes, "daddy, I love this sports car". To each their own I guess. Some people love it, some just don't. About the replica, I'll say this is a well-made replica. Body is made of thick gauge punched metal and all the details and contours are indicative enough for a good quality production process. There aren't any sharp unfinished edges and corners. Even the plastic under panel don't have any manufacturing marks. The doors open to revel a semi-accurate interior, and the rear wheels are driven by a spring assisted propeller to move the car forward. Steering wheel doesn't work and front wheels don't turn, if you're wondering. For a cheap replica, hard to find M4, and good enough manufactured product, not a bad find for the price they offer here.

This is a nice looking model car. It doesn’t have ultra realistic details that a true collector might want to see but it is more than enough for me. The details are good enough for normal viewing distance. This model has working lights and a few automated sounds when you open and close the car doors. I am a BMW enthusiast and have owned multiple BMWs in my lifetime, so it’s great to have models of some of my favorites. This car is also great for kids. It has a pull back and release to go rear end. The car will go with an ample amount of speed to keep kids entertained. My son has a ton of cars like this, and was upset when he realized I was keeping this for myself.

I'm pretty impressed with this little model. As mentioned and photographed by another reviewer, the level of detail is astonishing. The paint job is really nice, and the doors feel solid when they open and close. I don't think they'll be breaking or getting flakey any time soon. It would have been great if the hood opened, too, but I knew going in that the doors and wheels were the only moving parts. In any event, this is a fine choice whether giving it as a toy to a little one or adding it to your collection on a shelf.

I have more than a dozen of these well-detailed, diecast and plastic, pull-back action toy cars. Some are 1/32 scale and have features such as opening doors and hoods, working headlights and taillights, and engine sounds. These are typically priced double, or more, than the smaller, 1/36 scale cars such as this BMW M4 CSL toy car, which only features opening front door. Still, I'm sure any of my grandchildren would have been delighted with this car when they were younger.

This mini car is excellent. It looks even better in gray. I can see this amazing car in my living room everyday!
