Upgraded from the fi-6130 to the 7160. As my old 6130 stopped working after 10 years. I bought the renewed one. Great buy. works great. You would never know it was not brand new. .

Scanner does not properly scan a page at a time. The scanner will take multiple pages at a time. Instead of taking one page it will take 10 or sometimes more pages. I realize this item is refurbished, but obviously nobody tested this. If you tested this once or twice, the technician would of seen it is not scanning properly. I realize this is refurbished, however it costs almost $400. Not worth spending $400 on an item that does not properly work the first day it is working. I am returning.

The scanner came with the proper hookup cables, I downloaded the needed software, and it worked properly. I have nothing more to add. It's a used scanner that had good rollers put in it... it was clean and worked.

Took a while to get my desktop to recognize the scanner, but once recognized, the scanner works perfectly.

I was very disappointed i got the scanner download it the software connected it and it gave me a F4:C2 error on scanner screen also a “scanner transport mechanism, Check scanner” and a code DS42046 and sense Key=0x4 and ASC 0x580 and DDES=0xC2. What the!! Sell should have tested it said refurbished Excellent I DON’T THINK SO!!! I did not buy something to trouble shoot it.

Scanner works perfectly! Received item quickly and packed well. Would recommend.

Broken. Also the directions said to go to the Fujitsu website to download drivers but there was no place on the site to get drivers.

These are the workhorses of document scanners. I've seen them in various places. They are in the Library (with a flatbed scanner attached) and I spotted them at CarMax. All well used. I am happy to have one at home now. It's really the fastest and most convenient way to scan a large volume of documents. It's very easy to setup. The drivers are available online,even though Fujitsu now belongs to Ricoh. I am using it with Acrobat Reader. It scans double sides and any length. I even scan my gas station receipts with it. My unit shows very little wear and is clean. This is a far better deal then trying to score a used one with unknown usage on it. Five stars from me.
