This works. I had two different outbreaks in two different weeks. First week I was out in the sun. My sister-in-law says they come being in the sun some times and stress. That was a Wednesday by Saturday, I had started my first outbreak. I took care of that with bactine and pimple patches (testing it) took forever to heal. The following week, Tuesday had a death in the family by Wednesday I had another outbreak on the front of my lip. I ordered this on Wednesday night with already outbreak started using this Thursday morning. Did it three times a day and in less than a week the second outbreak was just about done no major scab no embarrassing, pus or anything like that it took it away without it looking awful. Cold sores are embarrassing and I hate getting them. And I don’t always get them every year, but it’s been almost 20 year when they first started. I’m glad to have this to help me get over these faster.

Very impressive. Works very quickly. After 2 treatments my lips are already 40% better. Update: the only downside I've found is that weeks later, the cold Sore is gone but my lip still feels odd in that spot. Kind of numb and the skin is dry and peels here and there.
